Subject: Trouble Accessing Instagram Account Dear Customer Support, I am encountering difficulty logging into my primary Instagram account under the username KittyPet99. Despite verifying my identity with an email code request due to an unusual login attempt, I have not received the verification email after waiting for 24 hours. I have checked my inbox and spam folder, confirming that the email linked to my Instagram account is accurate. My account remains active as confirmed by a friend's account and a newly created spare account. I possess knowledge of the correct username, password, and associated email address for my main account. I am puzzled as to why I am not receiving the verification email, preventing me from accessing my main account. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly as I have been experiencing this problem for an extended period without success. I attempted to create a business account using the username hawtdawg.sg, but encountered issues despite the username being available. I mistakenly used my personal email for the hawtdawg.sg account while changing the name, leading to a violation and termination of the account. I can't access my account. Every time I try to log in, it says there have been unusual login attempts and I've reported it multiple times over the last three days. Instagram support requested a photo of me holding a code they provided, and I did that, but my issue persists. Unfortunately, the phone number linked to my account is no longer active, so I can't receive the security code. Additionally, I unlinked my email from my Instagram account a month ago. I really need assistance with this matter as soon as possible.

I am attempting to register on IG using my email address. However, I am encountering a problem where IG informs me that an account is already associated with my email address, which is not accurate as I have never signed up before. Conversely, when I try to log in using the same email, I receive an error stating that no account exists with that email. The conflicting messages are causing confusion, and I would like to resolve this by successfully creating an account.

I am using the Duo Security app to protect my Instagram account. I recently deactivated my account temporarily. However, when I tried to log back in, the Duo Security codes were not working for me. The app kept showing an error message saying to check the security code and try again. I reached out to Duo Security for help, and they advised me to contact Instagram's support to reset my two-factor authentication. Instagram asked for a photo of myself holding a piece of paper with a code for identity verification, which I provided. Unfortunately, Instagram keeps instructing me to log in and complete the two-factor authentication steps, which I can't do because I'm unable to access my account. Additionally, I am unable to retrieve my password as I used Face ID and a generated password on my iPhone. The password reset link from Instagram is not working, and I have not received any further assistance from them despite waiting for over a week.

My Instagram account, instagram.com/urban_eagless, was disabled/deactivated, and I suspect it was taken over without my permission. The account (@urban_eagless) has been renamed, and the profile picture has been changed. In December, I received an email notification about the change of username, and shortly after, I couldn't access my account because it was deactivated. Despite numerous attempts in the last 2 months using the form on the Instagram app, I haven't been successful due to an ongoing "error while processing the request." Now, it appears that the account no longer exists. I have owned this photography account for approximately 6 years, garnered over [redacted] followers, and shared about [redacted] photos. Losing this account would be devastating for me. I am willing to provide evidence that it is indeed my account. Although I don't have all the original photos posted, I can share some that were previously posted on the account over the years. Additionally, I have been tagged in a few other people's pictures, which can serve as proof. Thank you for your assistance; I am grateful for any help you can provide. Eva

Ten days ago, I received a pop-up notification on my Instagram stating that I had been temporarily logged out of my account. When I clicked "continue," it prompted me to send a code to my email, but I can no longer access that email address. I then tried using my phone number, but it led me to a different account. This issue has been causing me a lot of stress, and I am eager to resolve it promptly. Can you assist me in regaining access to my Instagram so I can update my email address?

I received a notification that my Facebook account has been disabled due to my linked Instagram account, shiva_choudhary_. It seems that there was some activity on shiva_choudhary that violated Instagram's Community Guidelines. I have been informed to request a review of this decision on Instagram if I believe it was a mistake. Consequently, both my Facebook and forest accounts have also been closed as a result.

Hello! I wanted to share that I recently deactivated my Instagram account, and I had two-factor authentication set up using the Google Authenticator app. However, when I tried to log back in, I encountered an error with the authentication code. In my attempts to troubleshoot, I accidentally deleted the code for my Instagram account from the app. I reached out to the 2Fac Support team via email for assistance, but unfortunately, I only received a response from Robert stating that my account was deactivated for violating community guidelines, which is not accurate as I deactivated it myself for personal reasons. I got logged out of my Instagram account @jillianmbrooks suddenly. I tried to follow the steps on the Instagram help center to recover it, but I suspect it was hacked. When I try to request a new login link, it won't go through. It seems my email was changed because now it's saying it's not linked to any account, even though I've used it for password resets before. My phone number is also no longer associated with the account. I really need to regain access to this account as soon as possible.

Hello, I have been attempting to reach Instagram for a month now and have reported my issue for two straight weeks. An individual tried to hack my account, which led Instagram to lock it. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to the account. I have sent verification photos and codes along with my name and username, but I have not received a response yet. This situation is quite disappointing because in the past, I never had to use the old email account that was created back in 2[redacted] when I first joined Instagram. Hello, I require assistance with accessing my Instagram account. Approximately two weeks ago, someone gained control of my account, altered the password, email, and username. Initially, I believed I had rectified the situation. Today, upon attempting to log in, I encountered difficulty. Unlike the previous incident, I have not received any email notifications regarding suspicious activity. I recently bought a new cell phone and after downloading the app and attempting to log in, I received a message saying there was a suspicious login attempt. The prompt advises me to request assistance to secure my account. I have tried to reset my password via email, but I have not received the reset email. I can confirm my username and password and I am open to verifying my identity with Instagram in any way they require. Hello Instagram Support, I am reaching out because my boyfriend's Instagram account, justkado_, has been accessed by another account, caleb_phillippi_. This person has somehow obtained my boyfriend's email passwords for both his Gmail and Yahoo accounts and even added his own phone number to the Instagram account. When my boyfriend tries to log in, he ends up on Caleb's account. I have already reported and restricted Caleb's account, removed my boyfriend's phone number from it, and taken other measures to secure the account. Please assist us in reclaiming my boyfriend's Instagram account at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I've been trying to get Instagram to take down the account skylagilesx_ because it's impersonating me. My real account is skylagilesx and this fake one is causing trouble by sending inappropriate links to porn sites. I'm worried this could harm my reputation, so I really need Instagram to address this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello, I believe my account, katjabrandl, linked to the email [redacted], has been compromised as the email address associated with it has been changed. When attempting to reset the password, the link is being sent to the incorrect email, and when I try to log in using my email, it says no user exists. I was using my account yesterday afternoon without any issues, but it has not been accessible since last night. I currently have an IG account, andrewtaylor3718, which functions well, but I also possess an old account, andrewtaylor4563, that I wish to reactivate as a business account due to its existing follower base. Unfortunately, the original email associated with this account has been closed, preventing me from receiving the recovery email to create a new password.
