I recently received a notification on Instagram stating that my account was disabled due to suspected use of unauthorized software. I followed the verification process by submitting photos holding the requested code, but I have not received any feedback yet. I am concerned about why my account was deactivated as I no longer have access to it and cannot find it on the platform. My username is @kkygsbnrny, and my name is Sherpani Kezia Miranda. Can you assist me in understanding what led to the deactivation and if my account has been compromised or reported? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

This morning, while decreasing my Instagram following, I received a message saying my account was compromised and to change my password. When attempting to change it, I couldn't recall my old password and the reset link was being sent to a different email not associated with my account. After trying to reset it via my phone number, I received a link but still got the compromised account message. I'm unsure of what steps to take next. My username is Punnu_tomar.

Hello Instagram Support, I am having trouble accessing my account due to the two-step authentication requesting a verification code sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I can log in, but I'm unable to complete the authentication process as it requires my phone number. I would appreciate it if you could allow me to verify my identity using my email instead. Once resolved, I plan to update my settings to prevent any future issues. I recently noticed unauthorized access to my Instagram account from an iPhone, although I use a Samsung phone. Unfortunately, I mistakenly confirmed the login was me when the notification appeared. Today, on December 23, [redacted], I took the necessary steps to secure my account by changing my Facebook password, as it is linked to my Instagram. Additionally, I activated Two-Factor Authentication for added security. I received a notification on my phone number and email about the password change and Two-Factor Authentication setup. However, when I tried to log back into Instagram, it prompts me to confirm my identity using a different phone number and email that are not mine. I am unable to access my account at this point. I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I was suddenly logged out of my account and when I tried to log back in, it requested a code sent to an unknown email. I suspect my account has been hacked, and I need assistance. The email linked to my Instagram account is mas11811+[redacted] I'm unsure where this new email is from. I previously used mas11811+[redacted] I signed up for this account on a Windows computer. My Facebook is linked to this account along with my Visa card. I have reset the password, but it keeps asking for a code from the unfamiliar email s*******1@h*****.com. Your help is greatly appreciated.

On December 16th, I encountered an issue where I couldn't like pictures or interact with other users on Instagram until December 23, [redacted]. Despite reaching out to support, I did not receive a response. Today is December 23, [redacted], and my account is still restricted. This has greatly impacted my Instagram experience, and I am unsure why this restriction was placed on my account in the first place. I was looking forward to utilizing all of Instagram's features again, and I am disappointed that the problem persists.

My explore feed has been unexpectedly filled with images of nude women. I only follow a few sports accounts like NFL Network, and I don't post on Instagram, only using it for sports updates. I suspect it might be due to the influx of sexual bots in the comments on those verified sports accounts I follow. Could this be impacting my explore page, or is it a technical issue? Thank you.

Hello, I'm thecurvybrunette_ (Shivani Mange) and I want to report an Instagram account that has been harassing me, spreading false rumors, and abusing me without any valid reason. Despite reporting this account, no action has been taken yet, as there was no violation found. The account owner has been continuously sending me direct messages, threatening me to deactivate my account. I have evidence to support my claims. This individual is also falsely accusing me of abusing her friends, even though I have no connection to her. Furthermore, she has disclosed my personal phone number in her account bio and somehow managed to disable my Instagram account. She is using platforms like Instagram to continuously harass and abuse me. The account in question belongs to thecurvykaur (Simran Kaur).

I only follow sports pages and never post or engage with content. Recently, my explore page shifted from sports to suggestive content without me altering my behavior. I occasionally read comments on sports pages, noticing an increase in sexual bots. Could this be connected to the sudden change or is it a technical issue? Thank you.

I need help accessing my Instagram account @gerilynh. Suddenly, I was prompted to confirm my ownership and received a code via email. However, I can't access the email linked to the account anymore as it was my college email that is now inactive. The account is also connected to my Facebook and another Instagram account @planwithpurpose. I know the password but can't bypass the block. We are experiencing serious issues with bullying and harassment. A child named Danika Henry, using the screen names Lovelace Productions and x_fucktheworld_x, has been divulging our address online along with disturbing threats towards my 13-year-old daughter. We have taken legal action by filing police reports, involving the school, and obtaining restraining orders. The initial court date is scheduled for December 30th in St. Louis County. Despite multiple reports made by myself, friends, and family, the online platform has not removed my address. This distressing situation extends beyond the digital realm and into our neighborhood. I am prepared to share all pertinent information including school records, police case numbers, and addresses to address this alarming situation.

I recently received a message requesting that I verify my account after experiencing issues uploading numerous pictures. Previously, I received a code via email to unfreeze my account. However, the current message didn't provide a way to verify my identity. I also couldn't log in to my Instagram account on my desktop, preventing me from accessing the home page or following the suggestions on Instagram's help page for resolving such issues.

Hello, I hope you are doing well today. I wanted to bring to your attention that I have encountered a problem with my Instagram account since last night. Despite various attempts including restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, and changing passwords, I am still unable to regain access. Despite following all the steps outlined in the help center and even trying the "secure my account" option in the password change email as suggested by some online resources, I continue to receive messages prompting me to confirm my account. Hello, My account was recently blocked, and I am unsure why. A few days ago, a friend called me and mentioned sending a video via WhatsApp to post on Instagram. Instagram issued a sudden "help us confirm you own this account" alert, forming an endless loop when attempting to resolve it. Clicking on "get help logging in" directs to Instagram's "I can't log in" support center without a way to reaccess the account. Despite changing the password multiple times, including for Facebook, and selecting "secure your account," the cycle repeats. The Instagram profile remains visible to friends, with access denied only to the personal account. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I want to warn others about tote_fashiongh. They are deceiving customers by advertising clothes, taking payments, and then blocking accounts and contact numbers. For instance, amamonney paid 165ghs for a dress through mobile money, but after receiving the payment, tote_fashiongh claimed the item was being delivered and then blocked all contact. Please, Instagram, take action and block this account to prevent further harm to consumers.

I keep receiving the message "Sorry, there was a problem with your request" when I try to log in, even though I am certain my password is correct. I initially thought it was due to server issues or a problem with my password, but I was able to log in on another device without any trouble. I reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. I am currently attempting to resolve it on my PC, but I continue to encounter the same error message when trying to change my password.
