Last month, my account was disabled by Instagram without any type of advice or indications of what I have to do next after that. Since that day, I've been gathering information by myself and appealed multiple times via Instagram. They've sent many emails where I have to write a code in a handwritten white sheet of paper but after sending it, cero response. With the time passing by, finally, I found out my account was deactivated because I've tried to impersonate someone. A thing that I don't understand because I've been following Instagram's community and policy laws since the first time I came. Seriously, Instagram's help service won't help u unless you're persistent or have luck in this. it's really frustrating and such an unfair act by them. I cannot believe in the situation I am right now because I don't deserve it. It would be greatly appreciated if they can give it back to me because I'm not standing injustices.
