A new list should appear below so click “Yes” then “Yes” then “More than 10 weeks” then “2 weeks or less” from there click “Send”. You should be receive a response from Instagram within 24 -72 hours.

Good afternoon, **My name is Omran Zarifa, and I have an instagram account with the username: omranov*vip and the linked email: *****@***.com*And telephone number:*************But the problem is i forgot my password and the password of my old hotmail, so even if the password link has been sent to my old email i can’t get login to reset my password since I’m using a new gmail.**I really hope I get a reply from asap or a way to get back my account, since also I’m a personal trainer, and I’ve got more than a thousand followers and clients that they get in contact with me for training. And that’s very important for me and my work that i could get back my account.
