My Instagram account was banned and I’m trying my best to get it back but they don’t answer my emails.

I was trying to get my account back but they haven’t responded to my email and it’s been * weeks. ... My account was banned about * weeks ago on Wednesday for a reason that I’m uncertain of, my account had gotten hacked about * weeks prior from me getting banned by one of those things that send everyone a DM giving them a specialized message saying I made this for you and the link just proceeds to a website where you give your Instagram info and they hack you too. I changed my password quickly after that about * day after but they had already started DMing people things. Then two days before Instagram was banned I tried to log in and they told me to change my password because there was suspicious activity on my account. I already applied for an appeal the day it happened and I haven’t been messaged back. I just want my account recovered at this point I’m sick of waiting for something I didn’t do.

They don’t realize that I got hacked and it’s not my fault that my Instagram was banned.

I would like my account to be unbanned so that I can finally enjoy it again I LOVE Instagram

I’ve had Instagram since around ****-**** and I’ve never had a problem this is the first time and I’ll be sure to keep my account info private next time

I’ve already submitted an appeal and they haven’t responded back to me.
