On November ** **** I was advised by one of their via instagram to buy size XL which they said was my size due to my height and weight when it arrived I had to pay ** in customs taxes that was never mentioned on the website. I had to return it which cost me $** in shipping to return it. it took * weeks and about ** instagram messages and dms before i was told how much credit I have since my return was approved.**for my second order I went to a seamstress to ensure I had the correct measurements to follow the chart they had on the website to determine the correct size. I got my order for the second time and it was still to small. **I sent them * emails (on the website it states they respond within **-**hrs) I never heard a thing. I started leaving countless messages on their feed as well as direct messages I was getting no where it would take them days to respond the the direct messages and they never stayed online long enough to discuss and equitable solution. I was at my wits end and decided to do some research. Columbian Waist LLC has had * complaints made to the Better Business Bureau none of which did they respond to. They are not accredited and the complaints were never resolved. They were about poor customer service, lack of response to messages, and garments being sent out that looked dirty and unhygienic. The BBB listed a phone number for them *** *** **** no one ever answers. I started to post on their feed what I had learned about them to get their attention even then that took days. They offered to send me one free one even though I bought *. Then they offered to cover my customs fee and waive the delivery fee but how am I to trust that they would send me the right size when I had already spent *** on top of the what I spent on the garments. they wouldn't answer that question instead they blocked me. I had another account so messaged them again and they asked that I not post on their feed but they don't respond to DM's for days at a time and they only stay online for *-**minutes at a time not long enough to answer my questions. I just want them to send me a return packing slip I will send them back they garments and I want a refund I want nothing more to do with this company. Please help.**Edit
