On my May *th order, I was overcharged for bacon wrapped pork chops — charged For *.**lbs when I received *.*lbs, resulting in a $*** charge. I have photos of the packaging showing the mistake— probably bc it was *.*lbs at $*.** per pound For a total of $**.** but I was charged $*.***LB for *.**lbs (only received *.*) for $*** charge*Instacart never responded when I reported the problem in the app. I’ve tried on several Occasions and spent a lot of time on this and no resolution.

GetHuman4862069 did not yet indicate what Instacart should do to make this right.
