This is my first order with Instacart and spent $***.** plus $*.** delivery fee at Costco. My understanding was that orders over $**.** had free delivery. Also, as a first timer, should I have received any additional offers as well? I'm really puzzled as to the delivery fee situation. Please let me know.

GetHuman-shelandf did not yet indicate what Instacart should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-shelandf fixed the problem
I called Instacart directly and was helped pretty quickly by a very nice person. He explained to me that free delivery on orders over $**.** is only done if you have the membership. However, he said that a $**.** credit would be applied to my next order and I was very pleased and impressed. So far so good.
