I signed up for Instacart a few hours ago using my citi Visa card, and included the monthly Express option at $*.***mo. Instacart indicated that $*** would initially be charged to my citi visa to cover the groceries I had selected. An hour later I received a possible fraud warning from citi for an Instacart charge of $***, a charge I don’t recognize. Citi Visa has put a hold on the account and is withholding the funds to Instacart until this confusion is cleared up.
