The issue in GetHuman-eanorto's own words
I placed an order on *** with Homeland in Edmond, OK to delivered by Instacart. My VISA was charged but I never got a confirmatory email just one that said my order had been cancelled and one that wanted me to send a picture of an i.d. I have emailed and tried call several times and just get a message that their * isn't working now.

GetHuman-eanorto did not yet indicate what Instacart should do to make this right.
