Get grocer delivered for my ** year old mom ... I was on hold for two hours and then Instacart disconnected my call. I have been trying to contact them for three days and cannot get any human to answer. I also do not have the chat option on my app. I need help and I need to speak with the person now!

She is elderly and unable to shop.

Just make sure she wasn’t charged.

I’ve had * orders delivered to my home but this has been a disaster for her. Shopper couldn’t find her house!! In a retirement neighborhood with only * streets!!
