I was a victim of a scam by Vernon Kerswell on the Microdrone 4.0 Indiegogo campaign. He deceived over 11,[redacted] people with false promises, resulting in a loss of $1.8 million. Despite [redacted] victims taking legal action against him in the UK, he usually settles at the last minute. I reported this to the UK's NFIB, but they claim they lack jurisdiction due to the global nature of the victims and Indiegogo being based in the US. My lawsuit is pending, as I, along with others, have been blocked from voicing concerns on the campaign page. We were silenced after providing evidence to expose Kerswell's deceitful practices.

I am seeking a refund for my contribution to the DUNE PRO campaign on Indiegogo due to violations of the Terms of Service. Here are some important facts about the campaign as of January 23, [redacted]: 1) It has been over 27 months since the crowdfunding campaign started on Indiegogo. 2) The original promise was for Dune Pro to be delivered in January [redacted], with multiple subsequent promised shipping dates that have not been met. 3) Only ten cases have been shipped so far. 4) There is no concrete evidence of the standard edition cases that were supposedly assembled in May/June [redacted]. 5) To receive a case now, backers are being asked to pay additional fees for fast courier service or expedited container spots, with no tracking numbers provided for those who paid extra for shipping. 6) No cases have been shipped to domestic Chinese backers without paying extra for shipping. 7) There is no plan in place for remaining backers who do not pay additional fees. 8) There is uncertainty about Dune's ability to scale up production, and no information has been provided about available parts inventory. 9) No financial status or expenses documentation has been shared to assure backers of the project's viability.

I supported ENEMIES OF SELF, Shadow of the Conqueror, Volume 1 on Indiegogo as a guest. I made a typo in my email during checkout, so the confirmation email was sent to a nonexistent address. I'm concerned about receiving future notifications about the product's delivery. I searched for solutions online, including Indiegogo's Help Center, but couldn't find any guidance. How can I address this issue and ensure I receive updates about my contribution and the product?

I am requesting a refund for my contribution to Indiegogo campaign #[redacted] for the WooBloo SMASH Portable [redacted] Lumens Smart Projector, dated May 6th, [redacted]. Updates ceased on Sep 27, [redacted], with the message "This campaign is under review. It is not accepting contributions." As per Indiegogo’s Terms of Use, I am within my rights to request a refund as the project creator must fulfill rewards or refund backers. I no longer wish to wait for delivery or updates on the product. Therefore, I formally request a full refund of my pledge amount. Thank you, Alan Teichmann-Tarquini

We have not yet received the shipment of the petbot Loona that was ordered on December 26, [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]. On May 19, [redacted], we received a message stating the estimated delivery date as May 23. In mid-June, we were informed to expect delivery between June 26 and 28. However, nothing has arrived so far. We possess a UPS tracking number, and upon checking with UPS, we were informed that the item is in "pre-transit" and that a label was created by the shipper, but UPS has not received the package yet. I am seeking reassurance that the item is still in transit and has not been lost. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, MM
