I made a purchase (order no.[redacted]) on September 24. The order included £[redacted] worth of furniture, including a bed. I've been without a bed since then as there is no assembly service available in my area. Despite organizing assembly for the delivery date of November 24, I received an email stating the items are out of stock, causing a postponement. I provided 2 months' notice for this delivery and feel let down by this delay. The rescheduled delivery time clashes with my assembly arrangement, leading to inconvenience as the assembler is no longer available. I have yet to receive an apology for this unexpected change. I believe the level of service provided by IKEA does not meet the standard, especially considering the amount paid and the additional effort required on my part for assembly which now cannot proceed due to the rescheduling.

I purchased a couch from IKEA with order #[redacted] and arranged for delivery. The scheduled delivery for Tuesday did not take place. I have tried contacting Select Express (the delivery company) multiple times, leaving three messages, but have not received a response. Despite numerous calls, I have been unable to speak with a human from IKEA Customer Service. The IKEA website tracking shows conflicting information, stating the couch is "on its way" and "delivered," directing me to the Select Express site. However, the Select Express site claims my order number is invalid. I am seeking clarity on the current location of my couch and an estimated delivery date.

I recently returned an ottoman purchased on Saturday for $[redacted].00 with an additional $49.00 for delivery and $14.73 for tax totaling $[redacted].73. However, upon receiving a refund, I was only given $[redacted].99. Your return policy promises a full refund, and while I understand the delivery fee may not be refunded, I am owed $40.74. This purchase was meant to be a holiday gift, and I am disappointed by the outcome. I kindly request a refund of $40.74. Looking forward to a prompt resolution. Thank you. - P. Coneys

I had an order from Ikea on 28.11.[redacted], expecting a call 30 minutes before delivery on 01.12.[redacted]. Despite being home all day except for a brief grocery trip, the delivery arrived and left without giving us a chance to receive it. Upon calling customer service, they spoke German and disconnected the call. I hope Ikea, being an international company, can improve their customer service for non-native speakers. Could you please arrange a new delivery promptly as this situation caused frustration. Thank you.

I placed an order for delivery of 3 packs of AAA batteries and 4 packs of AA batteries. Today, my delivery arrived, but instead of the 4 packs of AA batteries, I received 4 packs of some strange C hooks, BORGHAMN Design by Mikael Axelsson 40mm with item number [redacted].[redacted].47. I tried calling the [redacted] number but was informed they are too busy to answer the phone. When attempting to email online, the only option available is to cancel my order. I have photos that I can send via email as well.

Order number [redacted] was placed on 26-11-[redacted] for a 3 seater sofa from Lakeside Store. Unfortunately, I was unable to accept delivery and missed the opportunity to collect it on Friday, November 27th or Saturday, November 28th. Customer Services mentioned that the item is out of stock in all outlets and is still in production. They assured me of a refund back to my original payment method. This is my first time ordering from IKEA and I misunderstood how my order would be delivered. I was expecting it to arrive already assembled, but it came in a box requiring assembly. Additionally, my delivery window was from 1pm-5pm, and I missed the delivery as I wasn't home; it was left outside. Unfortunately, due to a back injury, I am unable to lift heavy items or assemble the furniture.

I recently received a delivery with two large items missing from order number [redacted]07. According to Ikea, these items were on the truck, but the delivery person claimed otherwise. The missing items are the PAX Wardrobe Frame ([redacted]2) and PAX addon corner shelf ([redacted]4). These items are crucial for my order, and I need them urgently. I am not willing to pay for shipping again, as the initial shipping cost already covered these large items. Please contact me by phone to discuss a resolution.

I paid $[redacted] for shipping on a $[redacted] purchase. I've been getting emails updating me on the delivery, but it's now 5 days late and the updates have stopped. I can't reach anyone at IKEA for information, even though the website says they're only accepting emails for cancellations. I want to know where my order is, especially since I paid so much for shipping. The tracking says it's on its way but the delivery date has passed on December 2nd.

This is my first time purchasing online, and I'm experiencing an issue with calculating the delivery cost for a Linnmon Alex desk. An error message keeps popping up, saying, "Something went wrong! Please review your zip code and try again." I attempted to find a solution online and discovered it might be out of stock. However, when checking other IKEA stores, the product appears to be in stock.

I'm having trouble accessing the kitchen planning service. When I input my password, I'm notified that it's incorrect. Following that, I'm prompted with a message about receiving a one-time code via email if I have a registered email address linked to my IKEA account. I ordered a closet wall unit from the Grand Prairie, Texas IKEA store on 11/13/20 for a delivery on 12/9/20. Unfortunately, I was notified on 12/7/20 that the delivery was delayed. After contacting customer service today, the new delivery date given is 1/13/21. Since this unit was intended for Christmas guests, I require assistance to cancel the order promptly. I am experiencing difficulties placing an online order. When I input my zipcode and click "calculate delivery cost", an error message appears instructing me to verify my zipcode and attempt again. Additionally, my attempts to reach customer service by phone have been unsuccessful as each extension disconnects the call. Visiting the physical store has not yielded success either as the desired product, Ektorp 3 cushion cover in Lofallet Beige with item number [redacted].[redacted].04 priced at $49.00, is consistently out of stock, with store staff indicating it sells out quickly upon arrival and advising online ordering. Hello, I bought a clothes hanging rail back in April during the national lockdown. It was delivered to my home address. I don't have the receipt but would like to return the item. I am having trouble placing an order on your website due to an ongoing issue with entering the Zip code for the United States. Despite ensuring the Zip code is correct, I keep receiving an error message prompting me to review it. I have attempted to resolve this problem by using various web browsers, clearing the cache, and even switching to a different device, but the issue persists. I made an order for the click and collect service last Tuesday, expecting it to be ready that day. It has been more than a week now, and I have not received any updates on the delay. Despite calling multiple times a day since last Wednesday, I have not been able to reach anyone as there was a recording stating that calls were not being accepted. Today, when I finally got through to speak with someone, the call was cut off after being transferred. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable, and I am frustrated by the situation.

I bought an IKEA Bekant sit/stand desk on Dec. 29, [redacted], in Stoughton, MA. It functioned for about 9 months before stopping. After contacting IKEA service, they sent me a replacement power supply and switch, but the desk still doesn't work. I am hoping to have this matter resolved before the warranty expires. I would prefer to have IKEA deliver a new desk to me and retrieve the faulty one. Despite several attempts, I have been unable to get in touch with them. I have been trying to order the Lindbyn mirror ([redacted].[redacted].18) for months, but it keeps going out of stock or is low in stock, making it unavailable for delivery. I live 5 hours away from my local Ikea in Live Oak, TX, so I cannot easily pick it up in-store. Despite signing up for email notifications, I have not been receiving any alerts. I am wondering if it is possible to purchase the item and have it reserved for me until I can pick it up or have it delivered to my address.
