Most items can be refunded but only within 24 hours or 30 days of the purchase. Be sure to have you receipt. You will need to contact support then return the item to them. You should either call, go into the store or email support to process a refund as soon as possible.

IKEA Customer Service Leadership*Hello,*I am writing to ask for assistance in the matter of an IKEA product (plants) exchange that I attempted yesterday, Saturday, August *. **My name is Amy Huber.**My IKEA family member number is *********************I purchased the plants at the IKEA in Fishers, Indiana.**I attempted the return*exchange at the IKEA in Fishers, Indiana.**I was in the Return*Exchange line at about *PM on August *, ****.**My number in line was Ticket ****. **My return*exchange request was declined by a female employee who did not share her name, but did say that she was "one of the managers here." She said, I can only do an plant exchange if it has been like one week or less." I questioned her two more times, because I was thinking that she (manager) must have misunderstood my request, because I had brought the plants and my original receipts to the IKEA Return desk. I was quite sure that my return*exchange would be covered by the IKEA *** Day Exchange Promise. This manager apologized for not being able to assist me with an exchange, but offered to "dispose of the plants" for me. I gave her the plants. I kept my original receipts.**MY PURCHASES:*I purchased Article ******** TROPISK plant on ***********(Please note my attached IKEA receipt for this date. Also please note that I purchased two other IKEA plants on that same date. Those two other plants thrived in my home. I was not attempting to return those two.)**This plant turned yellow and dried up within * weeks.*I attempted to return*exchange this plant today.**I also purchased Article ******** FICUS plant on ******.*(Please note my attached IKEA receipt for this date.)*This plant began dropping its leaves within ** hours of purchase.*I attempted to return*exchange this plant today.**Why did I wait so long to complete this return?*I was busy. I am a full-time nightshift ER Nurse. I was planning my oldest daughter's wedding, June *st. The Fishers IKEA store is about ** minutes from my home, and not convenient, I kept the IKEA receipts, knowing that I would get those plants returned at my earliest convenience. Yesterday, was my earliest convenience.**Would you please assist me with a return*exchange. I would like to purchase them two plants again.*Thank you,*Amy Huber
