The issue in GetHuman-gobbooru's own words
I would like to complain that we haven’t received a few packages. Some of the delivered items were damaged and some were of incorrect color. Please find the details below:**Missing items: *) HOLMSUND cover (Art nr. ***.***.**) * *) HOLMSUND bk*slpr sect*st NA (Art nr. ***.***.**)* *) HOLMSUND chaise arm rest* *) HOLMSUND cushion small (we should have received * cushions in total, but received only *) **Damaged items: HOLMSUND sofa arm rest **Incorrect items: HOLMSUND sleeper was in gray. (We ordered beige) **Also, the delivery person just dumped * packages in the lobby in our absence and didn’t even wait for us to sign and receive the items. We received the items on Saturday at *:**pm and were planning to put together everything on Sunday. It is then we realized these discrepancies. Kindly do the needy to make sure we receive the correct items, as per our order. Also, kindly compensate us with complimentary expert assembly, to make up for the inconvenience.
GetHuman-gobbooru did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
