We wanted to purchase a Kivik sofa with chaise lounge on September *rd at the Atlanta store. When we went to pick the pieces, we were told we needed to speak to a specialist and found out there was * out of * pieces out of stock and it wouldn't be in until the end of the week. We went ahead and ordered the sofa anyways and scheduled delivery for today, Sunday, September **th. When the delivery men showed up today, they didn't speak English and had a difficult time understanding and communicating with my boyfriend (the person who was here to accept the delivery). The packing slip, ***C**-*, Order *********-***-* states there are * boxes BUT one product note states it's a multi-box item with * boxes inside of one. The delivery men INSISTED all parts of the sofa were there. Upon unpacking the boxes and attempting to put the sofa together, we discovered there's a piece missing. I'm incensed as I don't understand how this can go unnoticed. We have jobs that prevent us from being home often and have NO idea when we'll get this other piece. We use IKEA a lot for furniture and after this whole experience I'm afraid we're going to have to start shopping elsewhere. I'd appreciate a call back WITH a delivery date and I'd also like to request the delivery fee be refunded. Thank you.
