Hi there,**I ordered two items - Order ********* placed on ****-**-** - from Ikea last week. This is the first time I have used Ikea Online and the first time I have ordered anything to be delivered from Ikea.**I chose Sat ** Sept as the delivery date - and I received an email telling me to expect my order between **.**-**.** that day.**I also booked a 'Task Rabbit' assembly for the same day. I received an email saying to expect my Ikea Furniture Assembly team from *pm the same day.**At no point did I get any sort of alert telling me it is unwise to book both delivery and assembly for the same day. Like I say, I am new to this.**I have now received messaged from the 'Task Rabbit' person who is booked to come to my house to build. He says this:**Oh wow, I have to say it’s incredibly risky to have delivery on the same day.**And then this:*There delivery service is rubbish. **% of times they are late or no show**Now I am concerned. And wishing I had not ordered anything from Ikea. Is what he is saying correct please? I don't expect to be told this by one of your employees - and if it is true, then this is not good customer service at all.**Please advise. Thank you.
