This is the WORST customer service. I purchased my items * days ago (***) only to receive an email directing me to call a **** number. When I called the number directed by IKEA, there was only an option that the circuits were busy and there wasn't a call back option or a way for me to get transferred to anyone. I then looked up online other numbers. There weren't many. When I finally did reach someone, she found my order, but stated that she had to put me on to someone else. I was then on hold for over half an hour with once again--no call back option. This is ridiculous. The lack of service or help is lacking greatly and I would appreciate someone contacting me about this issue. I also expect, at this juncture, to receive a discount on my order since it seems I am the only one doing the legwork and no one at Ikea seems to bother. Not happy at all.
I trust that Ikea will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
