URGENT: trying to get an IKEA sofa delivered since February!

Trying to get a sofa delivered. One of the * pieces was delivered May **, but I have heard NOTHING from IKEA about delivery of the other * pieces. Please help! ... Concerning reference case * ********, Freiheten sofa**On May **, IKEA delivered only * of * boxes of our order. I have not heard from anyone about the delivery of the other * pieces, despite my numerous attempts to reach someone by phone.*Please tell be when the remaining pieces will be deliver to zip code *****. We placed this order in late February and have had multiple complications with delivery. We are in urgent need of the sofa with summer guests arriving in two weeks.

I order the sofa in February. Between my husband, daughter-in-law, and myself, we have spent at least ** hours waiting for the delivery truck and trying to reach a human being at IKEA who can resolve this issue. What can you do?!

Our family has bought numerous items from IKEA. We like the products, but your delivery system is terrible.
