I had emailed IKEA on **** and this was there response -*"Thank you for contacting us. We will respond to your email within *-* days. Thank you!**General information: General information First name: Manjit Last name: Madar Phone number: ***********Email: *****@***.com*Verify email address: *****@***.com*Store: Tempe*Comments and questions: My order ********** was short shipped * items and when I talked to the agent Jasmaine O on **** , she said that my CC would be credited with $** to waive the delivery charges. I have not seen that yet. Also the order was nor delivered as promised on ****. Again talking to the agent on **** apparently there was miss communiaction on your side and I was promised the gift card for $*** with the new delivery date of *** (Conf nimber ********). *In all of these communications it takes me **-** minutes to talk to an agent and I don't have that time.**Appreciate if you can let me know how the gift certificate and the CC refund is being handled.*Thanks"*It is now *** and I Have not heard from them.*Appreciate I can have a quick response.**I agree to the IKEA privacy policy and to IKEA saving my personal information
