The issue in GetHuman-damoncom's own words
Our luggage was lost and we didn't have it the entire time we were on our trip to Europe. We've already filed a claim and Iceland Air has agreed to pay us. We used the link to fill in our debit card number on their payment link that was included in the email they sent informing us of the reimbursement of our expenses.*We've yet to see any money transferred and it's been over two weeks since we filled the request. Help!
GetHuman-damoncom did not yet indicate what Icelandair should do to make this right.
