Create an online account ... I moved and need to change my address asap. I also was unable, after ** attempts at all hours, to create an online account. I need to be able to SPEAK to someone at the IRS, because that is what the IRS website suggested I do, because of the technical difficulty in processing my creation of an online account.
It seems the current administration has done a whack job to personnel and needed services on the government level. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I expect to be able to take care of my taxes in a timely manner and to have a website that hasn't been rendered useless!
