Humana, I’m on Medicare Advantage. About a week ago I was putting in my password & A message showed up saying I have the wrong passcode. Now I wrote down passcode in my passcode notebook & I know that was my password. Then I tried several x. The u r locked out. I called Humana customer service & told them the problem & I didn’t want to change passcode! They told me to put in welcome*. I tried that the website crashed! I haven’t been able to get in since. Please DO SOMETHING!!!
