I have been waiting since May for a response on an existing claim. I had a colonscopy done and was told by Humana that it would be covered as preventative, even after I told them I had previously had cancer. I was then billed for the procedure and it was denied but I had the reference number of the call the representative said they clearly told me it would be covered. Then it had to go to a higher level to be reviewed again. I have called several times since May of **** and I get placed on hold by people from another country who answer the phones and they say they can't help me and someone will call me back with a result. I don't get called back and I go through the process all over again about once a month. What can I do to get this resolved. It is unfair I was told the procedure would be covered, not only once but twice over the phone by Humana reps before I went in for procedure. I only have the reference number for one of those calls. Someone please help me, this is horrible customer service and I've wasted so many days on hold and then nobody can help me. *Thank you,*Katie Pentecost
