I signed up for the black friday .** cent special last Nov. been billed $*.** each month in the last month or so I received a email asking if there would be any services I wanted to ad to my basic plan I said no since I knew I could not afford to add anything just enough for the basic plan. I noticed in June and July I was charged right at $** for those months plus a *.** charge additional in one of those months. I went in to my account to see what was wrong and my account showed I now had the basic plus live tv. I did not sign up for it or ask for it. But I have clicked on each menu item and did watch a soap opera not till today since my tv is so far away did I realize it says live tv from were I watching. In two months I have been charge quiet alot to have been allowed to watch my daily soap operas without realizing on the live tv slot and I was being charged. How would just watching a show automatically change my plan to basic with live tv. If I was not signed up for it how would I be able to watch it in the first place. The main subject is I did not want anything but the basic. I just can not afford with all that is going on since I live by myself. Did call tonight and talked to someone who changed my plan back but said he could not issue me credit. So did not realize that for some reason my plan had changed and was told I had to Aug ** before it cancelled. I am just am heartbroken because when I said basic I really wished I could of signed up for more but realistically can not and have a extra $** in just * months. Please tell me why I should be charged for something I did not change my plan to but was allowing me to watch. Vicky Keener
