I have contacted your company twice to request that this service be cancelled. Despite this, you have continued to withdraw money from my account without my permission. Currently, there is a pending charge of $81, which will cause me to overdraft. I have clearly stated that I do not want this service. If any funds are withdrawn, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action for fraud. I specifically signed up for the basic $93 dish service for 2 years and did not authorize any additional withdrawals from my account. I expect this to be resolved immediately and for any unauthorized charges to be refunded promptly.

I would like the $81.00 pending in my account to be refunded. I did not authorize any deductions from my account for the hlu hula service, which I was supposed to have 3 months free but never even used. If this unauthorized charge goes through, it will cause an overdraft. I have been clear through calls and emails that I only agreed to pay $93.00 for my dish service, and I do not want any additional charges. Please ensure the $81.00 is removed immediately to avoid further issues. Thank you.

I inadvertently am still getting charged by Hulu even though I canceled my subscription and updated my payment method. Due to my child mistakenly providing the information without my knowledge, I took immediate action by canceling the subscription via the App Store and had the app removed. However, as the charges persist, I am unable to access the account as my child cannot recall the email used. I possess the current and previous card details and wish to completely disconnect it from Hulu to resolve this matter.

I signed up for Hulu Live to enjoy the US sitcom "Mike and Molly." While I can watch other shows without any problems, whenever I try to watch "Mike and Molly," I receive an error message saying, "We're having trouble loading this right now, please check internet connection," even though my internet connection is strong. Interestingly, I can switch to any other show without encountering this issue. This problem is specific to "Mike and Molly" as I don't face connection problems with any other content. Since I subscribed to Hulu Live primarily for this show, it's frustrating to experience this issue. I hope Hulu can resolve this download problem soon; otherwise, I may need to consider canceling my subscription, which I'd prefer to avoid due to the limited access to the content I enjoy.

I participated in a one-month free trial with Hulu in September [redacted], which I believed I had cancelled to avoid charges. Just recently, I realized that my credit card has been charged continuously, totaling 11 charges of 11.99 each. After contacting Hulu customer support, I was informed that only six months of charges could be refunded. Despite not using Hulu after the trial expired, I was billed an additional five times, totaling 59.95, for a service I hadn't intended to continue. I am requesting Hulu to review my account activity, which will confirm my lack of usage post-trial, and refund the 59.95 accordingly. It's a reasonable request considering the circumstance of unintentional charges following a supposedly cancelled trial. I hope to hear back from Hulu promptly to address and resolve this matter. If not, I'll share my experience on various platforms, including the Better Business Bureau. Here are all the charges: [redacted]. Kindly refund the 59.95 as soon as possible. Thank you. Best regards, M. McCormack

I signed up for a one-month free trial with Hulu in September [redacted], which I made sure to cancel to prevent any charges. Recently, I noticed that my credit card has been charged every month since then, adding up to a total of 11 charges of 11.99 each. I contacted Hulu's customer support to request a refund, and they agreed to reverse six months of charges. However, I have not used Hulu at all after the trial ended, so I believe I was wrongly charged for five additional months totaling 59.95 for a supposed "free" trial that I thought I had cancelled. I urge Hulu to review my viewing history to verify that I did not use the account and refund the 59.95 I was unknowingly charged. It's essential for companies to prevent charging customers for unused subscriptions after a trial period. If I don't receive a resolution soon, I will have to share my experience on various online platforms, including the Better Business Bureau. Here is a summary of all the charges: [redacted]. I kindly request Hulu to refund the 59.95 as I did not use the service post the trial, and this can be validated easily. Thank you.

I am Marjorie Yeahquo & Debra Dunbar residing at [redacted] E. 23rd St., Hopkinsville, KY [redacted]. I recently discovered an issue with my checking account. After the bank's investigation, it was revealed that Hulu has been charging 11.99 a month, plus additional charges of 6.00 or 8.00 intermittently, totaling over 2 years. I do not have a Hulu account. These unauthorized withdrawals have caused financial strain as I solely rely on disability income. This situation has led to multiple overdraft fees of 35.00 each, on top of paying for a service never used. I believe this is deceptive. I expect a prompt resolution and reimbursement for the substantial amount owed. I anticipate your prompt response regarding this matter.

Good morning, I have been attempting to reach Hulu by phone to address some billing discrepancies. I initially signed up for the $.99/month plan but noticed charges of $13.49 in June and $15.98 in both July and August. It seems that HBO was added to my account without my consent. I have not used HBO and would like it removed, along with a refund for these charges. Thank you.

I am contacting you because I have been noticing multiple charges on my bank account and different cards from Hulu about 2-3 times a month. I believe I should only have one active account, and I am concerned about these recurring charges that I recently discovered through my bank statements. When attempting to locate my accounts on Hulu using my email addresses or the last four digits of my card numbers, it indicates that these emails do not have active accounts associated. I am looking to be refunded for these duplicate charges since I only use one account. If this issue persists, I may consider canceling my subscription. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Jennifer G. My son has my account information on his Xbox, and he needs Hulu on it. I want to prevent him from being able to change my subscription or accidentally charge my account. Recently, I received an email from Hulu regarding changes to my subscription, which I did not authorize. It seems my son made this change while intending to get a free trial for Live TV. I don't want this service and had to cancel it to avoid a $44 recurring charge. I still want my son to access Hulu on his Xbox but need to block any changes to my account or charges. How can I achieve this? - Emiko

I had a Hulu subscription for Hulu with No Ads at $11.99 per month. Suddenly, I noticed I had been upgraded to Hulu Plus Live TV and Starz without my consent, being charged $41.66 plus $8.51. I canceled before any charges but got an offer to pay $5.99 per month, only to be billed $50.17 on 08/26/19, not the next due date. I canceled again without accepting any more offers to avoid unexpected charges. Recently, I received an email about someone in Miami, Florida using my account, though my family members who share it aren't in that location. This situation makes me suspect they might be the reason for the unauthorized charges. I hope this can be resolved, and I can get a refund of $50.17. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I reside in Florida and recently faced the incoming Hurricane Dorian, a category 5 storm. Despite the imminent danger to our small barrier island, we lacked access to local news or specific weather updates, leaving us reliant on sporadic national news coverage. This was especially worrisome considering the devastation in the Bahamas could soon be our reality. I urge Hulu to consider providing access to a local news or dedicated weather channel during such catastrophic events for continuous 24-hour emergency coverage. Your support in ensuring we receive vital information during natural disasters would be greatly appreciated.

I previously thought I had canceled the HBO add-on after the 7-day trial, realizing I don't watch HBO and could not afford the extra cost. However, my plan still showed a charge of $5.99. Upon checking my bank account charges, I discovered I was in the negative due to Hulu deducting both the $5.99 and additional HBO add-on amount. Since I don't utilize HBO and already have Netflix, I would like to continue with Hulu for my son only if I can receive a refund for the difference in the HBO add-on cost. My budget is tight, and I had not planned for this additional charge, which unexpectedly led to a negative balance in my account.

I've been struggling with the app for the past three weeks, and it's been extremely frustrating. Every time I try to watch something, it glitches out within three seconds, kicks me out, and has trouble connecting. I have a $[redacted] router right next to my TV and laptop, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. It's disappointing to pay so much for a service that doesn't work properly. I'm looking forward to hearing how this issue will be resolved soon.

After just recently graduating from Clemson University in May, I have been a devoted fan attending every home football game for the past 4-5 years. Excited to watch the Clemson/Georgia Tech game, I signed up for a Hulu Live TV free trial on my roommate's account last week. To my disappointment, the Hulu app on my PS4 doesn't support live TV, and even my family's Dish Network didn't have access to the game despite adding the ACC Network. In a rush to catch the game starting in less than 2 minutes, I hastily signed up for Hulu Live TV without reading the terms or setting any preferences. Typically, free trials I've used last for a full month, but this one unexpectedly ended after just one week. Frustrated about being charged so soon, I attempted to cancel last night but faced connectivity issues. My main reason for subscribing was to watch my alma mater play, as other viewing options were limited last minute. I hope there may be a chance to receive a refund under these circumstances.

I had an unpleasant experience with this company. They refused to refund me after I canceled, claiming I never did, despite me canceling almost a year ago. I distinctly remember cancelling while watching a documentary about crossfire champion Rich Frommer. I stopped the show to cancel. Dealing with their customer service was challenging as they tried to shift blame and avoid responsibility for overcharging me. The company has faced legal issues for similar problems and an FTC complaint is pending. I suggest looking for a more reputable streaming service with better customer support. This company appears to be deceiving customers and taking advantage of those who sign up for their "free trial." It's disappointing to encounter such unethical practices in business.

After being lured in with a free trial, I canceled my subscription while watching "Frommer" but still got charged on my credit card. When I contacted customer service, they shifted blame and wouldn't let me speak. This violates California Business Code #[redacted] about ongoing charges without explicit consent.

I signed up for the Hulu Live free trial but couldn't find the option to cancel it before it ended. I contacted Hulu support via chat, and Jasper M confirmed an issue with my account and deleted it to prevent charges. Despite this, I was still charged on 9/5/[redacted]. I kindly request a review of my chat with Jasper M on 9/4 regarding the account under [redacted] I would appreciate if the charges could be reversed and ensured it doesn't happen again.

This morning during a power outage, my PS4 mysteriously logged me out of my account. When trying to log back in, it's claiming my email or password is wrong, even though I have them written down. I attempted to change my password online, but it's now saying my email is incorrect, which is puzzling. The email associated with my Hulu account is supposed to be: [redacted] I have emails from my initial sign-up and my trial period with that email, so I am confident it's the correct one. My password, which I also have written down, should be: Cunningham2020.

I signed up for Hulu Live without ads, but I've been experiencing numerous issues. Despite paying for the ad-free version, it is not skipping ads in my recorded shows. Moreover, when fast-forwarding, it occasionally jumps back an hour, forcing me to re-watch parts of the ads. This situation is quite frustrating. I had Hulu Live last year without the ad-free option, and it was much better. I kindly request a credit on my bill if I have to continue watching ads, and for the issue with content jumping back to be resolved. Thank you.
