I would like to cancel my Roku subscription to Hulu. I attempted to cancel through Roku, but the charges are still showing up on my bill. To avoid any confusion, I currently have two Hulu subscriptions, and I want to keep the non-Roku one. The account details for the Roku subscription I want to cancel are as follows: Account number: [redacted]6 Billing information from Roku page: hulu.com/Bill[redacted]55:1,1 Please assist me with this issue. I added free Hulu to my Sprint account. I reached the point of signing in to Hulu. Even though I provided my username and password, it keeps saying "invalid" and prompts me to change my password with a link sent to my email. I received an email but it doesn't include a link, and I can't get them to send more emails. I'm reaching out for assistance. My Gmail account is [redacted] I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this matter.

I recently received an email informing me that there will be a change to my account and an extra charge starting on 9/15/19. I want to clarify that I did not authorize any modifications to my account. I request the immediate cancellation of this "trial" and any associated charges to be stopped or reversed. In addition, I am facing difficulties accessing Hulu.com on my computer for the first time. Every time I try to login, it shows an "unable to connect" error, even though other websites are working correctly. I have attempted to access it using both Internet Explorer and Chrome. I urge you to get in touch with me promptly to ensure this issue is resolved.

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I have encountered ongoing issues with accessing the help and contact features on your website despite being able to log in successfully. I am troubled by unauthorized charges on my credit card from Hulu, as I never used the service nor recall signing up for it. Though I tried to explore the content available on my .99/month Hulu subscription, I faced difficulties after you ceased supporting my Blu-ray player. Consequently, I decided to cancel my subscription today out of frustration. However, I originally intended to hold onto it in case I acquired a new Blu-ray player in the future. It would be greatly appreciated if you could investigate this matter promptly. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, S S.

I recently moved out from my mom's place to college dorms. Due to a forgotten recurring charge, the last $12 in my account was depleted. I enjoy Hulu but wasn't aware of the option to pause the account, which would have been helpful. Requesting a refund for the charge on 9/09/19 would be much appreciated. Also interested in pausing the account as a preventive measure. Thank you for considering this request.

I am interested in finding out if there are plans or an existing feature that allows Hulu streaming when away from home, using devices like Roku or Fire Stick. Recently, while traveling with my Roku, I received a notification when trying to log in because I wasn't at my registered home location. We decided not to change it as we had someone house-sitting. We didn't need live TV but just wanted to stream our shows. It would be helpful to have an option for streaming only without affecting the live TV service. This issue somewhat diminishes the attractiveness of having a Hulu subscription with no ads, especially when combined with Hulu Live.

I signed up for a free week trial about 3-4 months ago with Hulu but never used the account or logged in. After the trial ended, I wasn't charged until recently. I received an alert that Hulu deducted $5 from my PayPal account. I need all my funds and didn't expect this charge. I kindly request a refund of the $5 taken and cancellation of any associated services. Otherwise, I will contact the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

I recently subscribed to Hulu Live TV but have been experiencing login issues due to problems with location services hardware. Despite speaking with Hulu for 15-20 minutes on the phone, the problem persists, and even though I was given a 3-day extension, I missed Monday Night Football. I spent 45 minutes trying to resolve the issue without success. I kindly request an 8-day extension on my subscription to make up for missing the game. Additionally, my current subscription was unexpectedly canceled, and I was erroneously charged twice for $10.41. I contacted Hulu, and they claimed to have resolved the issue but only refunded one charge. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company to rectify this.

I am having an issue while watching AGT with my family on Hulu. I am disturbed by the birth control ads with explicit content that appear without warning during the show. My preteen child is exposed to this content, which is concerning. We would prefer to use a child account but are unable to for certain shows. I am disappointed with the ads featuring condoms for homosexual couples as well. While I understand the need for sponsors, I feel that Hulu and other streaming platforms are prioritizing a specific audience over the majority. This experience has led us to decide not to renew our Hulu subscription when it expires in November.

I signed up for a free week of Hulu to see how much TV I would watch during the school year. I am in college and prefer live TV over what's offered through the Hulu/Spotify college discount. After a couple of days, I realized I don't watch enough to justify spending almost $50 a month. I went to cancel, but I was still billed. I checked and I am now canceled, but there were so many unnecessary and annoying last-minute questions that I probably didn't complete the process. I would like to be fully refunded. It's not fair to keep asking tedious questions and potentially trick customers into keeping an expensive subscription. As a college student, this could be a huge financial setback for me, and I don't want to deal with the uncertainty regarding future paychecks and bills. Thank you in advance!

Hello, my name is K. D. and I signed up for the Hulu TV 7-Day-Trial. I believed the trial was set to end today, 9/12/[redacted]. However, I assumed it would remain valid until 11:59pm seeing that it mentions the trial ends on 9/12. It wasn't clear if 9/12 counted as the 7th or 8th day, causing confusion. This evening, when I attempted to cancel, thinking it was the last day, I noticed a charge of around $50 for the next month (until 10/12). I do not plan on using the TV service, especially since my sister already has a Hulu subscription. I would like to request a reimbursement due to the misunderstanding regarding the trial end time. I appreciate your attention to this matter and am willing to provide any additional information if needed.

Hello, I signed up for a one-month free trial and would like to cancel it. I am disappointed as a former educator with the content provided. The movies I watched varied from disturbing and macabre to simply not funny, especially in the comedy section. Some examples include "Mom and Dad," "The Book Club," "Half Magic," "All That We Destroy," and "We Don't Belong." This type of content goes against my values, and I have even removed film posts from my previous work in education. Please cancel my membership. The only movie I found valuable was "Overboard" with Anna Farris, although parts of it were dull. I believe there are better ways to spend my time than watching low-quality cinema. My email is [redacted] Thank you.

On September 11th, an unauthorized charge appeared on my Hulu account. Despite only trying a 30-day trial last year, which was cancelled, my account was unexpectedly charged this month. The only connection I can find is that my daughter gave my son a $50 Hulu card, and we may have used my email to set it up for him in January. Hulu notified him about the charge, but it was sent to my email at [redacted] The PayPal Invoice ID is [redacted], and the charge reflects negatively on my PayPal account as the bank account linked to Hulu was closed due to fraud. I am unsure how Hulu obtained my PayPal details. How can I have this charge reversed?

I intentionally did not renew my subscription on 9/13/19, but Hulu still charged my card for the renewal on the 20th at 1:35am. I promptly went to my Hulu account to cancel the service and submitted an inquiry, but received no response. Even though my card was refunded, Hulu later charged me again. I believe fees should be paid in advance and since my service was already disconnected, I don't want it reinstated. However, Hulu is not willing to cancel until 10/13. I am seeking a refund for these charges.

Hello Hulu, I noticed charges on 08/23/[redacted] and 09/23/[redacted] for $11.99 each. I am certain that I did not sign up for your service. I have attempted to log in using both Facebook and my email address, but there is no account under my name. Even after trying the account recovery option with my last 4 credit card digits, birth year, and zip code, the system still cannot locate my account. I kindly ask for your assistance in removing my credit card information from your records, or for you to verify if my card is associated with any account and provide the necessary details for me to cancel the subscription. If this information is not provided, I will have to dispute these transactions. Here are some details of my credit card for your verification. If you require any clarification, please respond promptly. Thank you. Last 4 digits of my credit card: [redacted] Expiration date: 04/23 Birth year: [redacted] Zip codes: [redacted] or [redacted] (recent change) Sincerely, Nga Man "Yeung"

I am concerned about unauthorized charges on my account ([redacted]). Hulu charged my account $93.68 on 9/29 and $3.46 on 9/21, but I haven't used Hulu recently. I'm puzzled about the nature of these charges. Moreover, I've been unable to access my account since yesterday, 9/29, and despite attempting to reset my password twice, I haven't received the email notifications from Hulu. This situation is frustrating as I rely on my Hulu account. I've always been a satisfied customer, but this recent experience is disappointing. If this issue persists, I might have to rethink continuing my subscription. Kindly assist me in resolving these matters. Thank you.

As a customer of Hulu and Netflix, I have noticed something that I find almost resembling censorship. Hulu frequently interrupts my viewing with the prompt "Are you still there?". I am a writer and enjoy the background noise while working, so these interruptions disrupt my workflow. Having to constantly answer this irrelevant question several times an hour is frustrating and makes me consider canceling my Hulu subscription. If I choose to have their shows on for company or background noise, it's my choice, and I believe they shouldn't interfere with this prompt. I worry about missing parts of episodes due to these interruptions, and it's becoming a significant annoyance that may lead me to stop using Hulu altogether.

Since the latest update, Hulu has not been functioning properly for me. It frequently freezes during commercials, preventing me from progressing to the shows. This has been a persistent issue on my tablet for months. I have noticed other users experiencing the same problems, often getting stuck on commercials or encountering false Internet errors. Netflix, on the other hand, works without any issues. I'm paying nearly $50 a month for a service I can't fully enjoy. Please address and resolve this issue promptly.

I attempted to open a free trial account with Hulu using my checking card with a balance of $2.22. Despite being informed that I couldn't proceed with the free trial, Hulu has attempted to charge me multiple times since July, resulting in a total of $[redacted] being deducted in the last 90 days due to insufficient funds. I never received any notification about having an active account or any receipts through email or text. As a person living on disability, I am appalled by Hulu's continuous attempts to charge me without informing me. This situation needs to be addressed as I only wanted to experience the free trial. The unauthorized deductions totaling $[redacted] must be refunded. It is concerning that Hulu kept charging without permission or any form of communication.

I am a big fan of Hulu. I recently received an email with a promo code for $2.99 a month for six months, which was wonderful news for me as a single mother of three. Unfortunately, my autistic son accidentally upgraded our plan to the live TV version, which costs $46.01 after tax. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in reverting me back to the promo price, although it took around 22 minutes. However, my son accidentally upgraded it again. I called to inquire about setting up parental controls to prevent this from happening in the future, but learned there are currently no such controls available. Without parental controls, I won't be able to afford the service after this month. Netflix is a more affordable option at $12 per month and doesn't allow unauthorized charges. I really hope Hulu will consider adding parental controls so that I can continue to subscribe. Thank you.
