I signed up for a free trial of live TV on September 1st for $44.99. However, after I entered my payment information and tried to log in to watch Hulu, I found out that my phone doesn't support the Hulu app. I've been unable to access Hulu ever since. Now, on September 21st, I received an email requesting me to update my billing information, but I haven't been able to log in to cancel or use the service. Currently facing financial difficulties and living in my car, the money has been deducted from my account by the company. I urgently need a refund for this today.

I have the [redacted]-hour cloud recording storage on my account. Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with it because the recordings frequently cut off before shows have ended. For example, I was watching "Flip or Flop," where they showcased remodeling a house. Just as they were about to reveal crucial financial details such as the purchase price, renovation costs, and expected profits, the recording abruptly stopped. The program is getting interrupted frequently, like tonight during the Rams versus Seahawks football game. I experienced many issues tonight, so I switched to the Amazon Prime broadcast, where I had no problems. In the past, Hulu has mentioned that I lost connections with my internet many times. However, this is not the case because I have new wiring installed from the street into my house by Spectrum. Additionally, when the error message appears on Hulu, I do not lose internet service on our phones or iPad. If I switch over to Amazon, I have no issues. I need to resolve this problem that has persisted since I started using Hulu in March [redacted], or I will have to look for another streaming TV service for my programs.

I recommend that Hulu refrain from promoting live sports until they can reliably broadcast events. A recent experience missing critical sports games has shown their current limitations. To maintain credibility and customer trust, Hulu needs to address these issues promptly, perhaps with support from Disney. Customers deserve consistent service, especially for major events like NLDS games and Thursday night NFL Football. The recent outage during an NLDS game resulted in a complete loss of programming, causing frustration. Hulu should consider compensating affected customers and focus on improving their service reliability to avoid losing more customers. Trust is crucial for a TV provider, and current performance concerns are eroding confidence in Hulu.

I used to cover my former roommate's $6.28 Hulu payment till July. When he moved out, he said he switched the payment from my bank to his. However, I've been charged $17.81 on August 28th and now on September 30th. He claims his Hulu is linked to his bank account, not mine. I'm unsure why money is being taken from my account. I'd like a refund of $35.62 and to confirm no Hulu accounts are linked to my bank. I'm willing to provide screenshots of my bank transactions to investigate this matter.

I tried signing up for a free trial on Hulu using my PC. However, when I tried to access it on my Fire Stick, it didn't acknowledge my account. Hulu LLC had my Mastercard details and charged me, then Hulu charged me too. Although Hulu refunded me, Hulu LLC hasn't. I'm retired and can't afford to be deceived by your billing partner Hulu LLC, who doesn't even respond to calls. This situation makes me doubt Hulu's legitimacy. For the last three days, I have been unable to watch anything live on Hulu. Whenever I try to watch something, all I get is constant buffering. Despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps like closing the app, clearing the cache and data, deleting and reinstalling the app on all my devices twice, the issue persists. Even when the live feature does work, I cannot watch it in real-time. Instead, it starts from the beginning, and when I try to fast forward, it buffers for a while before showing me an error message.
