My son and his girlfriend signed up for a free 30-day trial using my credit card details. I informed them I would cancel it, but they didn't write down the login information and the girlfriend no longer has access to the email linked to the account. Without the username and password, I can't cancel the Hulu subscription. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I had a Hulu account under the name Samantha Armstrong, formerly Davidson. Despite canceling it a year ago, I have been continuously charged each month. The email associated with the account might be [redacted] or [redacted] These charges are being debited from my Amex without an active account linked to it. I seek assistance to halt the charges and receive a refund for the period when the account was dormant. Thank you for your help.

I signed up for the Hulu + Live TV 7-day free trial. I expected to be charged the full $[redacted].00 on the 4th of October, not a prorated amount. I believe the payment date should align with when I started the new service, which was the 4th, not the 12th. Due to this confusion, my service was unexpectedly disconnected, and I am disappointed with the lack of communication from Hulu. This experience has left me considering switching services or returning to my cable company. It feels frustrating to be in this situation, and I will have to wait until next month to have my service reconnected. This has left me feeling very frustrated and ignored as a customer.

For the past year, I've been enjoying the Spotify Premium with Hulu Basic Student bundle until yesterday. My Hulu subscription was unexpectedly cancelled, and I discovered that my Spotify account had been changed to a Family Premium plan without my knowledge. Despite reverting my Spotify plan to Student last night, I can't seem to reconnect my Hulu account. There have been unauthorized charges totaling $5.99, with two $1 charges possibly related to a free trial mishap. Accessing the help page has also been problematic due to a "single sign-on error." I intend to contact Spotify to address this confusion, but I'd appreciate if my Student bundle with Hulu Basic could be restored seamlessly. It's disappointing that this situation has become so frustrating, especially since the bundle was supposed to be valid until February 25th, [redacted].

I recently switched my internet provider at home and as a result, my IP address changed, causing at least two of my location changes to be used up on Hulu. This morning, I spent time on the phone with Hulu support and my internet provider trying to resolve this issue. I am frustrated with how Hulu handles these location changes for paid subscribers like myself. It seems unfair to charge extra for something that is out of my control. Furthermore, someone unknown accessed my Hulu Live account, utilizing another location change. The support technician was unable or unwilling to provide details on the person or location. I am considering switching to a new live TV provider as Hulu's current setup is not meeting my needs.

I have never used the Hulu application that I have been paying for over the past year. I believe I was given Hulu for free in February [redacted], but did not authorize any charges on my account. I noticed a recurring charge of $5.99 every month, which I would like to stop immediately and be compensated for. My Sprint phone number associated with this charge was stolen, and I have not had access to it. It appears someone may have used my information to create a Hulu account without my knowledge. I never used the service and was unaware of these charges until reviewing my account with my bank, Bank of America. I insist on canceling this ongoing charge and receiving reimbursement. Please contact me at [redacted] or via email [redacted] to resolve this quickly. Thank you, Toni Krone.

While trying to watch Sunday Morning during its regular broadcast, I experienced an interruption from a live news broadcast. Although it's normal for CBS to switch to breaking news, when HULU failed to resume Sunday Morning after the news coverage ended, I was left frustrated. This situation has occurred previously, especially when the local CBS affiliate airs local news updates. However, upon the conclusion of these interruptions, Sunday Morning does not always come back on. I am curious if there are alternative methods to watch the show after such disruptions.

I am seeking a refund for charges from an unexpected Hulu account. Initially, I spoke with a representative who refunded three charges of $20.98 each, which I appreciate. However, upon checking my bank statement, I noticed four $20.98 charges and an additional $11.60 initial charge. I am requesting a refund as I did not authorize these charges, nor do I use Hulu. I am puzzled as to why there were double charges in July and September. I had contacted Amazon for assistance over a month ago, assuming they had halted the payments, but the charges persisted. Although the account is now closed, I would like reimbursement for the fourth $20.98 payment and the initial $11.60 charge. Thank you.

I have been unable to stream The View for several weeks now. I have had success watching other shows like Newsy and recent SNL, but after that, I resort back to Netflix. It has been frustrating not being able to access The View, especially because it's the main reason I keep my Hulu account. I am hoping this issue gets resolved soon as The View is the primary program I search for on Hulu until HMT returns. I do wish they would offer more than just the five most recent episodes. Currently, I am eager to watch the episode from Thursday, October 24th, before it expires.

I'm having trouble creating a Hulu account. When I visit hulu.com, it shows a randomly generated email address instead of mine, preventing me from accessing my account. I haven't reached the payment information page yet, but this fake email is linked to my other accounts. Since I cannot log in, I'm unable to contact Hulu through their website due to this created email address issue.

I recently experienced an issue with Hulu customer service. While trying to sign up for the 7-day Hulu Live trial, the agent mistakenly cancelled my account. The confusion continued as I was initially told to cancel and sign up again for the trial without affecting my Hulu/Spotify Bundle, only to later find out that the trial was for new customers only. Unfortunately, the cancellation not only affected my ability to try the trial but also led to the termination of my bundle deal. I am now faced with having to pay full price for both Hulu and Spotify separately due to the misinformation provided by the agent. This situation has been frustrating as I have lost access to two of my favorite streaming services and the agent was unable to rectify the mistake. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've been calling every month because the charge you take is always double the amount it should be. My account keeps getting switched to the high-cost option without authorization. This error happened again, causing my checking account to be overcharged by over $40, putting it in the negative. I budgeted $18 for the month, but you billed me for over $40. This mistake also caused a $3 charge to hit my account, compounding the issue. Please correct this billing error promptly and ensure it doesn't happen again. I've had previous communication with customer service about similar issues and received refunds. Please rectify this mistake to avoid me incurring the $80 charge from my bank. My email is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted].

I noticed that I am being charged for Hulu every month, but I am unable to access my account. I can't recall the specific email address I used to set up the account. I attempted to reset it using both email addresses but never received a reset link. I visited the webpage for email address recovery, but it requests a credit card number, while I use PayPal instead of a credit card. I am interested in speaking with a Hulu representative, but I have been unable to locate a reachable contact option.

I am currently facing issues continuing my Hulu subscription due to a problem with my payment method. Previously, I used a Roku stick to stream Hulu, but I now use a Samsung Vizio TV and no longer need the stick. I recently closed my Roku account without realizing they handled my billing, causing a disruption in my payments to Hulu. The instructions provided by Hulu for updating my payment method are geared towards accounts billed through third parties like Roku, making it difficult for me to rectify the issue since my Roku account is now closed. I reached out to Roku's support team for assistance, and they directed me back to Hulu. Despite contacting Hulu, their customer service representative was unable to access my account. I am uncertain whether my Hulu account is still linked to Roku, given that the Roku account is closed. I am unsure of the best course of action moving forward. Should I consider closing my current [redacted] email account and opening a new one? Any guidance to help untangle this situation would be greatly appreciated as I navigate this confusion.

I signed up for a 1-month free trial on Monday, November 4, [redacted]. Yesterday, November 5, [redacted], while trying to set my Xbox as my home account, I encountered an issue as my only internet connection is through my phone's hotspot. This morning, my wife notified me of 3 unexpected charges to our account, resulting in a total of $[redacted] in overdraft fees ($36 each). I understood that there would be no charges until the trial period ended when funds would be available to cover them. I am seeking a refund of the $[redacted] in overdraft fees incurred. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. We relied on Hulu as our sole entertainment source, planning to continue the subscription. However, these charges have put a strain on our finances. If this issue can be resolved promptly, we would like to continue using Hulu. Otherwise, regrettably, we may have to cancel our subscription. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - C.W.

I'm experiencing difficulties watching any live broadcasts or recorded programs I paid for. I am frustrated with the constant inability to fulfill the obligations. I'm becoming fed up, and I may consider legal action if I don't receive proper assurance and compensation for the defective product.

I recently relocated to an area where I am unable to access WiFi. As a result, my Hulu account was unused and they attempted to charge my bank account, causing an overdraft fee of $36 since I do not allow recurring payments. This has put me in a tough spot financially. Due to the lack of WiFi, I am unable to use Hulu even though I enjoy their shows. I kindly request any assistance you can provide. I plan to renew my Hulu subscription once I am able to access internet service again. Thank you for your help. - S. Slice

I have been a long-time Hulu subscriber without any problems. Recently, I updated my payment card online as prompted. Despite receiving a message confirming the successful update, I continue to encounter an error on my TV stating my payment needs updating. I attempted to resolve this issue via online chat with no success and then was directed to a service that would charge $5. Due to the long wait time for phone assistance, I have decided I will cancel my subscription instead.

I had to cancel my Hulu account due to the absence of home WiFi in my rural area. The service was promptly deactivated even though I had paid for the full month until November [redacted]. I would like to request either a credit or the activation of my account for the remaining time I have paid for. Thank you, Roy K.

I previously had a Hulu subscription without commercials. After learning about the Hulu, Disney, and ESPN combo, I decided to subscribe to that. However, I didn't consider that the email address would be the same for both subscriptions. I went ahead and cancelled my current Hulu subscription since I signed up for the combo, and now I see it will expire on Nov 27th, presumably at the end of the billing cycle. Is there a way to deactivate the current account so I can use the new one? When I try to log in with my new email and password for the combo subscription, it says the password is incorrect. I suspect this is because the email is also linked to my original account with a different password.
