**-** I signed up for Hulu limited commercial plan during Black Friday sale, entered my info, email address, password and got confirmation that my $.** payment would be taken in Dec and I could cancel anytime. I also got confirmation email from Hulu welcoming me to the service but when I sign in to my account (I signed out last night) it does not recognize my email address or my password. I may have gotten the password wrong, but my email is correct. Does my account have to be verified before I can access? If not, what might be the issue? Is it better to work through this issue via email or phone? I am looking at adding other services if I like the offering of your Company. Thank you for your help in this matter.
