The issue in GetHuman-zinghera's own words
i am still being billed two times on each of my monthly cc statements for your service. I should only have one account on file. This is the third time I have called to correct this.*Most recently, I called on July **, **** and was guaranteed that my account (that I was told was a second account) had been cancelled * cancellation number: ********.**Since, I show two charges on my August bill, two charges on my September bill, and two charges on my October bill.**This means I must received three credits of $*.**. **Please take care of this immediately. I have never had such unexplainable incompetence from any company I have worked with in the past as I have been dealing with for over a year with yours.
