My account is due to be billed today, the fifteenth(**th) of October. Apparently, your computers attempted to bill me one minute after midnight, saying the money wasn't in the Paypal account I use to pay Hulu, and decided shutting-off my Hulu account was okay. Really? One minute after midnight? Listen: I don't even care if maybe you DID bury that "one minute after midnight" policy in our agreement. And you know what? Yes, the due date is the fifteenth(**th). So Hulu IS entitled to be paid on the fifteenth(**th). Understand, you WON'T find "an enemy" in me. I couldn't agree with Hulu more about... PART of it. You're right! And you WILL get paid on the fifteenth(**h)! Once again: IEYE think you should get paid on the fifteenth(**th), too! IEYE think you are entitled to expect payment on that date, too! You're RIGHT about ALL of that! I couldn't agree any more! In fact, I would be inclined to try to argue your case for you! Once again" you'll find NO enemy in me. But I also think that I'm entitled, to think that YO will handle a billing date of the fifteenth(**th), in the way that ... a normal, sane person might handle a billing date of the fifteenth(f). To wit: Once again, I am NOT interested in any legalistic **** some corporate lawyer might have sneaked into the wording, buried somewhere in my agreement. You are OBLIGATED, to see, and handle, a billing date of the fifteenth, in the way a normal, sane person would, whether that makes sense to you or not. So, ... how about you all bring my account back up RIGHT NOW, THIS very split second, and then WAIT until later today, for your agreed-to payment.
