I was trying to get a Hulu free trial subscription as we were in a hotel and wanted to watch an sec football game. The hotel offered internet tv and a free trial link. I tried getting a subscription using my own email and then my husbands. I could not get espn with our zip code but if I entered the zip code of the hotel it looked like espn would be available. This is why I kept trying to go back in...at one point as I was accepting terms and agreement on the tv screen it froze and I could not get it to do anything...so I tried going back to account with my husbands email. Long story short once I got in I still could not access the sec channel so I tried to cancel...I then realized I had been charged **.** for a months subscription...I would not have even minded that if we had actually been able to access the game?! Is it possible to get a refund?!
GetHuman-pattidai did not yet indicate what Hulu should do to make this right.
