Ive been experiencing the same "glitch" for ** mths, where I'm in the middle of watching a show & the system shuts down & reverts back to the home screen of the Fire Stick. I'very called multiple times & was told everything from it should be fixed next month, to we don't know when everyone's account will be fixed* some are some aren't. **In August I called to cancel my subscription because it's not worth paying the $***mth when you can't make it * mins without an interruption. At that time the representative offered me * months of service at NO CHARGE in good faith that the issue would be resolved during that time frame. I agreed. I was not charged for August, but then was charged last month & had to call & explain, a refund was issued with a promise I wouldn't be charged for October. Well, I've again been charged. I wouldn't even have agreed to begin with had I known I was going to have to call each month & request a refund* when what was offered to me, to keep me as a customer, was to NOT BE CHARGED FOR * MONTHS. I just want this resolved.**I sincerely hope that the glitch can be fixed, otherwise I will not be continuing my subscription.
