Lately, some of my favorite shows like "Jeopardy," "Wheel of Fortune," and "Family Feud" are no longer recording on my Roku device while using Hulu. There is sufficient space to save recordings, but the shows are not being taped. Upon checking, the shows are available, and they appear set to record. I have ensured that the recording options are set to record new episodes, as "Jeopardy" and "Wheel of Fortune" are in a new season. Although I'm unsure about "Family Feud," I think their episodes are also new. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

I used to be a Hulu subscriber and want to re-sign up. I can't access my account as I've forgotten my password. I need to reset it to start using the service again. It's not urgent, as I don't watch TV often, but I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

I recently tried the free trial of Hulu with all upgrades to replace cable, hoping for a seamless experience. However, I was surprised by the frequency and length of commercials even with the no commercials plan. The streaming service had multiple interruptions, such as skipping and stopping, with technical difficulties prompting error messages. When I tried to cancel the trial on the website, the page wouldn't load. Despite enjoying the content selection and live streaming options, these issues have made me want to cancel my subscription and seek a refund. Your help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing constant buffering and playback errors on my Hulu app. When I try to watch a show, it stops every few minutes, even though my internet connection is good and other apps work fine on my Samsung TV. Spectrum says it's not my internet, so I wonder if there's something wrong with the Hulu app. I've had this problem for months and even stopped using Hulu because of it. I tried again last night, but the issue persisted, so I switched to Netflix and other apps instead. Can anyone assist me with this ongoing problem?

I recently signed up for your service with the $7.99 package and a one-month free trial. After receiving confirmation that my debit card was accepted and my account was set up, I attempted to login to Hulu using my email and password. Unfortunately, I am unable to sign in as it keeps indicating my credentials are incorrect. I even tried to reset my password on the website but have not received any reset emails after multiple attempts. I am hesitant to start paying for the Hulu service without being able to access it. I need assistance resolving this login issue through the Hulu app. Thank you.

I am Terra Stanley, a Hulu subscriber. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. Previously, my login ID was [redacted], and I recently renewed my account after logging in successfully. Despite subscribing to Hulu Live TV with commercials, I am being incorrectly charged $7.99 for limited commercials. Furthermore, I encountered issues when trying to change my home base from my bedroom TV. Although I authorized the change, it was unsuccessful, and I now require assistance accessing live TV from my new home base. Additionally, I attempted to update my email address in account settings from [redacted] to [redacted], but I mistakenly entered [redacted] As a result, I am unable to receive my login ID via email and face difficulties logging in to correct this error or set my home base accordingly.

I am Terra Stanley. I have a Hulu subscription but am facing issues accessing my account. Despite renewing it recently, I am being charged incorrectly. Additionally, there are problems with changing my home base. I attempted to update my email address but made an error, leading to further login difficulties. I need to reset my login ID to [redacted], fix my subscription billing, and reset my home base. Please adjust the fee to the current offer of 1-month free, then $7.99. I also need assistance resetting my password. Thank you, Hulu.

On September 8, [redacted], my 17-year-old grandson, G.W., signed up for a free trial on Hulu but forgot to cancel it in time. A charge of $73.96 appeared on his account statement. When I saw this, I advised him to cancel it immediately. The U.S. Eagle credit union account statement shows the charge from HULU.COM/BILL on September 16, [redacted]. As my grandson is underage, I am requesting a credit for the lowest monthly offer available on September 8, [redacted], which I believe was around $3.99 for one month of Hulu usage. I request the remaining balance of $73.96 be refunded to G.W.'s account promptly. Please contact me via email at [redacted] or at [redacted]. Thank you.

My daughter recently used her iTunes balance to subscribe to Hulu, but she got logged out and doesn't remember her email. When trying to retrieve the email, it asks for the last four credit card digits, which we don't have as we only use gift cards. She made a payment with ID MQJLZS30HJ. The email she tried, [redacted], didn't work for Hulu login.

The new interface has a nice appearance, but it is missing the pop-out feature present in the old version. The 'minimize' option doesn't function the same way, as it cannot be floated over other windows. Moreover, I have encountered a technical problem where accessing the 'help' page shows a log-in error. It is frustrating that I need to be logged in to access the help desk information. Strangely, even though I am logged in, once I go to help.hulu.com, the 'log in' link appears on the top right corner, leading to a 'single sign-on' error. Do you have any suggestions? I primarily wanted to provide feedback on the absence of the 'pop-out' feature in the help section, but if needed, I prefer accessing help within my account rather than through a third party like 'gethuman.com' (no offense, gethuman).

I canceled my Hulu account quite a while ago and generally do not check my credit card statements regularly as they are automatically paid online each month. Recently, I noticed that my balance wasn't decreasing as expected after about 6 months of inactivity. I suspected it might be due to an open trial I may have forgotten about. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to access the account that I have been paying for on my laptop, which is the only device I use for such purposes. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this promptly since it has been more than a year, possibly longer, and I am unable to access older statements online. I used to have an email, [redacted], but no longer use it, and if someone tampered with the account, it could only be under one of two passwords, resembling last names. I'm not very tech-savvy but am concerned about any potential security issues. Thank you for addressing this promptly. - H. Pike

We constantly experience issues while trying to watch an hour-long program on Hulu. The screen shows a critical error message stating a problem with the servers and prompts us to restart the application. After restarting, it often takes up to 6 attempts to get Hulu working again, only to encounter another message saying HuluPlus is unable to start. This problem persists at home, but not on my phone. Unlike Netflix, Hulu's service is unreliable. I request a phone conversation to address this ongoing inconvenience. It's frustrating to pay for a service that is unusable.

For the past 10 months, I've been dealing with a recurring issue while using my Fire Stick. Every time I am watching a show, the system suddenly shuts down and goes back to the home screen. I have reached out multiple times for help, and I have received various responses ranging from promising a fix soon to uncertainty about when the problem will be resolved for everyone. In August, frustrated with the constant interruptions, I called to cancel my subscription. The customer service representative offered me three months of complimentary service as a gesture of goodwill, assuring me the problem would be resolved. Despite not being charged in August, I was billed last month. After contacting support for a refund, I was told not to expect charges for October, yet I was charged again. This situation is becoming frustrating, as I was originally promised three months without charges to address the issue. If this recurring glitch is not resolved promptly, I will have to reconsider my subscription.

I am disappointed with Hulu for airing GOP ads only and not featuring any Democratic advertisements. It bothers me that I am paying for a service that is supposed to be unbiased but is clearly taking a political stance. Seeing Mia Love's ad in Utah over Ben McAdams upsets me. I subscribe to Hulu for entertainment, not to be subjected to biased political messaging. This one-sided approach feels like propaganda, both from Hulu and local media outlets. I believe Hulu should remain politically neutral, and I am considering speaking out about this issue to ensure other subscribers who share my view might cancel their subscriptions.

I attempted to sign up for a Hulu free trial while staying at a hotel to watch an SEC football game. Despite using both my email and my husband's, we couldn't access ESPN with our ZIP code but it appeared possible with the hotel's ZIP code. I had trouble proceeding after a screen freeze while accepting terms. After finally gaining access, we still couldn't watch the SEC channel, prompting me to try to cancel. However, I later discovered I had been charged $43 for a monthly subscription, which I wouldn't have minded if we could watch the game. Is it feasible to receive a refund for this issue?

A while ago, my brother signed up for a free trial on Hulu using our dad's work card. He claimed to have canceled it, so we didn't think much about it. However, Hulu has been charging us monthly for about six months despite not using the service. He insists he canceled the trial three times over the last three months. None of us have actively used the service. We believe a refund is warranted for the months we were charged without using Hulu, as low-income family, we rely on every penny. The account is under the email [redacted] or [redacted], running for the last 5 or 6 months.

My account is scheduled to be charged on the fifteenth of October. However, I was surprised to find that Hulu attempted to charge me one minute after midnight and then disabled my account because there was insufficient funds in my PayPal account. I understand there might be a policy in the agreement concerning the exact timing of the billing. I agree that the due date is the fifteenth and I intend to pay on time. I believe Hulu deserves timely payment. I am not trying to be adversarial; I simply expect Hulu to handle the billing in a reasonable manner, in line with a normal billing process. I urge Hulu to reactivate my account immediately and wait for the payment later today, as agreed.

I continue to see duplicate charges on my monthly credit card statements for your service. I should only have one account on record. This marks my third attempt to correct this issue. On July 16, [redacted], I phoned in and received a guarantee that my alleged second account had been terminated, under cancellation number: [redacted]9. Despite this, I observe double charges on my August, September, and October statements. As a result, I anticipate receiving three credits of $7.99. I urge for immediate resolution to this matter. The level of inexplicable incompetence I have encountered over the past year dealing with your company is unprecedented in my experience with service providers.

Today, I had to update my billing information on Spotify. While doing so, I was offered the student package with Hulu/Spotify/Showtime for $4.99 a month, which I signed up for since I am a student. However, this change meant that my family members could no longer use Spotify, so I switched back to the Family Plan, unknowingly cancelling my Hulu subscription in the process. I had already paid $7.99 for Hulu on October 4th, [redacted], and was charged $5.99 for a "trial" price upon reactivating. I believe I shouldn't have been charged twice in the same month. I want to keep my Hulu subscription and would appreciate a refund for one of the payments made in October. Thank you!

I had difficulty finding how to cancel our 7-day trial due to personal circumstances. My husband's hospitalization prevented me from reaching out earlier. Unfortunately, we can no longer continue the subscription due to financial reasons related to his medical treatment costs. Please, cancel our subscription immediately and process a refund if possible. Our debit card number is [redacted], expiring on 09/21. My username is [redacted] Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this matter.
