A year ago your signal was just fine and the streaming was fast. Now all the time I get a retrieving message and spotty performance. I found a Consumer Affairs discussion board on the Internet and saw posts from all over the country complaining about the same problem. Your tech guy in chat had me check upload and download speed and the latency rate. He or she said my latency rate of **** was too high for Hulu. I find that a lame excuse for poor service because I can get good streaming from Netflix, U-tube and even Pluto TV. You guys must have cut corners somewhere to cause this to happen. I am considering canceling unless you can show a really good signal like we had a year ago. You changed something to make it so crappy now. Please respond to my email.

What I do now is to watch Hulu now only on my Dell Computer. I just binge watched three episodes of "Disappeared" and all was fine. Even the comercials played. Apparently this is a Roku player issue. Now maybe I can find a way to use my TV set as a monitor.
