*) Received an email from House of Fraser confirming that my online registration was successful.***) Tapped the 'Shop for Men' link contained within the HoF email, and proceeded to browse the website.***) After adding several items to my 'Bag', I proceeded to checkout, only to be directed to Sign-in again?***) Despite numerous attempts to Sign-in (using the same email address and password as confirmed by HoF's earlier email), I failed every time.***) I've followed each and every recommended method of contacting HoF's Customer Services, according to HoF's help pages, but to no avail. Each time I end up being caught in a virtual loop, whereby I'm reptitively asked to explain my problem, with no provision to actually send my email!***) Furthermore the web chat facility wasn't functioning, and no Customer Service contact telephone number is provided anywhere on the HoF website. All very amateurish for such a big household name!***) So it's not really a question of how HoF resolves the above issues, it's whether they can be bothered to retain my potential custom, by simply allowing me to Sign-in to my account. Though an accompanying Culpa Mea wouldn't go amiss!***
