I opened a Hotmail account (*****@***.com) and am now getting authentication issues because apparently my password needs updated. Strange because I began receiving these error messages only about a week after creating the account. I use the Bluemail Android app to access this - and several other - email accounts. I have gone through the absurd, over-the-top security measures with Microsoft to try to get into the account so I can update the password, but to no avail. Many of the security criteria Microsoft requires to grant me access isn't fair because they want subject lines from emails and email contacts and the like. I had neither of these to provide as I hadn't even gotten the chance to use the account before the authentication errors began. Hence, the info I've provided on multiple occasions has apparently proved to be insufficient to allow me access. The last email I received suggested that I simply open another account. I don't want to do this because the email handle I chose would no longer be available. So, what can I do to prove to you that this account is mine? I can tell you it was opened about *-** days ago. I can tell you I also have the account handles:**lead*story,*papaoctopus,*fullofspaghetti and *contrabanned **with Microsoft. My name is Bruce Fulciniti. DOB is **********. There has been NO activity on the papaoctopus account. (Who else could know this?)*I'm willing to provide any information you need to gain access so I can update the password. Who do I need to talk to to achieve this? Thx.
