My boyfriend booked a room through Hotels.com at Best Stay America in Jacksonville, Florida for April **-April **, ****. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no attendant at the front desk (even though it said we could check in whenever as long as it was after *pm). We called the hotel several times and no one answered. We sat out front for at least an hour and no one ever returned to the front desk. We’re simply asking for a refund. The email used to book the room was M*****@***.com, the phone number was (***)***-****, the confirmation number was *************.
