I should be in your system for warranty filing. I have the hoover pet pro bagless vacuum cleaner the hepa filter. The UH*****. I have a warranty. It is less then * years old and and not used much. The handle at the top where the start button is started cracking now almost complete handle broken off. I kept trying to super glue it. When I first got it I had it two days and had to take it back to the store. The button holder you press to dispense the dirt out completely broke off. there was not way for the funnel that holds the dirt to stay in place. they then told me to take it back to the store. this has happened twice. Now the entire handle to even vacuum is hanging on by a thread. Since it is still under warranty can you just send me a whole new vacuum. I have the receipt and everything. there is literally now way to push it. I like the vacuum just have had numerous trouble with this model. there is no way to replace a handle. We treat it with kid gloves since we have had issues with things on it breaking down. I still have my receipt where I had to take it back to the store for the first time.
