Help with my HomeAway.com issue
The issue in GetHuman-baertrea's own words
spent hours finding a holiday place . We find a place, reserve it , our family members buy flights , we go to pay, we are blocked, spent * hours talking to customer service reps who can't help because they are clueless , refuse to put me though to tech support , refuse to let me speak to a manager, suggest I BOOK A DIFFERENT HOLIDAY , called my bank multiple times they assure me the problem is not them . Home away are a stupid inefficient time wasters . Hope you go bust asap to air b and b because this is the *rd time I've booked though you and EVERY TIME THERE HAS BEEN issue a that have caused me hours of UNNECESSARY STRESS , phone calls and hassle

I am furious with home Away , to resolve this issue it took * HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!! of phone calls, waiting on hold , calling banks. The issue was with homeaway. YOU BLOCKED THE PAYMENT. AND EVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR TECH SUPPORT. YOU **** IN CUSTOMER SERVICE .NEVER BOOK WITH YOU AGAIN
