Regarding Reservation ID HA-2DRC1P,
I made my initial payment for a vacation rental on HomeAway in May. Unfortunately, my bank flagged some transactions as fraudulent, including the payment to HomeAway, which led to the payment being reversed. I realized the mistake when I tried to make the second payment and was informed that the first payment had not gone through. After resolving with the bank and having the full amount reinstated on June 8, I am still unable to make the second payment because HomeAway claims they have not received the first payment, which has already been returned to them by the bank.
