Most items can be refunded but only within 24 hours or 30 days of the purchase. Be sure to have you receipt. You will need to contact support then return the item to them. You should either call, go into the store or email support to process a refund as soon as possible.

Afterward, I tried to return a lesser cost item and they couldn't complete that transaction either. They said the account is frozen for ** days. I asked for an explanation of the situation and they could not answer.* Please explain why the account is frozen, and what can be done to resolve this issue? Here's where the problem stems from: the store credit card was issued from a past return including a receipt, then I purchased the ladders with the store credit card. When trying to return the products, the system wouldn't allow the return as having a receipt. Now I have to dispute it in order to receive another store credit card.
