I had place an order for a new kitchen counter top, cabinets (two), and back-splash. After l month or more after placing the order, I am still waiting for the completion So far, I have the cabinets installed, and that's all. My kitchen is a mess as I can't use my sink, nor can I use the stove. It has been a total nightmare. To many excuses from customer service to list them all. Called them again this morning, and yet another excuse, and this one being they "are waiting for the counter top installers" to cut to size, or whatever. I call all of this fiasco PPPP, or as we would say in the military, P**s Poor Prior Planning ! I served my country for almost ** years and never, and I mean NEVER, had such a poor lame excuse from anyone as I have from the customer service department. Spending over $**,*** dollars for this project, that had it been planned properly, should have taken no more than ** days, even with a minor setback. To say I am upset would be an understatement. If things weren't in such dis-array, some way, shape, or form, I would cancel the whole dam project and try one of your competitors. I have been a faithful user of Home Depot for over ** years, and have spent thousands of dollars with HD...Totally disgusted at how I am being treated. The job should have been done already...My wife and I are both retired and over ** years of age, and we shouldn't have to endure this ****. Now I'm curious to see who responds to this, and what will be said. I look forward to your reply...Thank You*Wren Thomas
