Hello I've been trying to get hold of someone on the phone but no luck - I am supposed to be having ** parcels collected from ** High Park Ave, Hove, BN* *PE today but due to an emergency there will be no one there after *pm. **One of the parcels has the code ****************. The account email is *****@***.com, my number is ***********.**Please can you advise if we can change the collection of all ** parcels to Monday when someone will be in all day?**Thanks
