I have a serious complaint about a service I paid for and would like a refund. I scheduled a pickup for an item from my home with Hermes, but they did not show up on the agreed date of 09.12.[redacted]. Despite my efforts to contact Hermes today, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. I am extremely frustrated. The parcel is listed as active on the My Hermes site, but there has been no further progress. The only identifiable numbers on the label are the barcode and 06CVN2. Hello, I dropped off two pairs of UGG boots at my Hermes parcel shop on November 22nd, and Hermes collected them on the 24th. However, m and m direct has informed me that they have not yet received the boots. I am extremely worried that the items may be lost. Could you kindly assist me by sending an email to follow up on this matter? My receipt number is P[redacted]. I have checked online, but it only shows that the package is on its way. Regarding the item I ordered from Debenhams with Reference number [redacted][redacted], I want to provide new delivery instructions. The item was supposed to be delivered to my workplace at BT7 1GY, specifically at No. 26. Delivery was attempted on a Friday from 7-9 pm and again on Monday within the same time frame, but the office was closed on both occasions. Unfortunately, no delivery card was left with a contact number. I am now seeking assistance in arranging a delivery during office hours. I received an email stating that my package would be delivered on Monday, December 9th between 12 - 4 p.m. I stayed home the entire day, but the delivery did not show up. The tracking number, [redacted][redacted], now indicates that an attempted delivery was made, claiming I was not available, which is inaccurate. I did not find any delivery notification in my mailbox, and I am worried that the package could be left at the incorrect address.

Parcel ID [redacted][redacted] I have a parcel that needs to be collected. I had arranged for it to be collected on Thursday, 5th December. Your website shows three failed collection attempts on the 5th and 6th at 4:32 pm and on Saturday, the 7th at 9:21 pm. I disagree with this information as I have been home all last week, and no one has come to collect the parcel. I urgently need it to be picked up as I am unable to drop it off at a shop. I am disappointed that the buyer is waiting for the item, and it has not been collected yet. Despite the busy season, the parcel should have been picked up by now.

I received an email informing me that my delivery would arrive today. However, upon returning home, I found a calling card stating the package had been left on a garden chair, which is not the case. I have extensively searched my property, neighboring areas, and alleyways without any luck. I even have photographic evidence to confirm the parcel is missing. The helpline number on the card did not work, and online tracking still shows the parcel as out for delivery. This situation is frustrating as I ordered the item almost two weeks ago. This has been my first negative experience with Hermes, and I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter for me. I recently moved from my old address and would like my parcel delivered to my new address. The delivery was attempted this morning but I was not available. I received a notification that another delivery attempt will be made tomorrow. Given that I have relocated, I won't be able to receive it at the previous address, 1 Ophir Gardens, Bournemouth, BH8 8LR. I placed an order for a parcel a week ago, which was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, the 4th of December. I requested it to be redirected to a neighbor. The parcel was supposedly delivered and signed for on the 4th at 8:17 pm. However, despite the tracking information stating it was signed for at the delivery address, neither myself nor my neighbor has it. Here is the receipt number: [redacted][redacted]. Last night, a courier from Dunelm delivered a rug to my address. Unfortunately, the package was damaged as the driver allowed it to touch the wet road, resulting in damage to the rug. The driver said he would document the issue on his device, but I haven't received the typical delivery email. I am concerned if his carelessness has been recorded. I also would like to know how you plan to compensate me for the damage done.

I recently had a delivery attempted at my workplace over the weekend but am now informed that there is a delay. The driver did not leave a note, making it impossible for me to reschedule or reach out. Additionally, I did not receive any email regarding the delivery timeframe. Kindly provide confirmation on the new delivery schedule, as my workplace is only open Monday to Friday. If delivery is rescheduled for the weekend, please instruct the driver to leave the package in the yellow salt bin near our work gates, as contacting Hermes has proven difficult. I arranged a delivery with Hermes, was redirected to PayPal for payment, returned to Hermes but received no response. The website link provided is not working. I re-submitted the order with minor changes to differentiate it, opting out of insurance to save 30p. Used the same PayPal account, redirected to Hermes but still faced a blank screen. I have unintentionally been charged twice by PayPal, and Hermes appears to believe I have two parcels for the same recipient, which is not the case. I only require assistance with the second, more affordable delivery arrangement. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I've been at home for five days, and every day the delivery time keeps changing 2-3 times. On the 7th of December, the courier left a card claiming they attempted delivery, but I never heard a knock on the door. The tracking then showed another attempted delivery on the 8th, but I was home the entire day with no sign of them. Now, on the 9th, the tracking states the item is being returned to the sender after allegedly trying to deliver three times, which is simply not true. I'm frustrated and confused about when and how I will receive this package.

I have been waiting for my delivery well past the estimated arrival time provided by the online retailer. I am extremely frustrated because I've paid for the item and expect it to be delivered promptly. You should not be late when you have a contract to fulfill. On December 1st, you claimed to have my parcel, on the 7th you promised to send it out within 24 hours, and now it's the 10th with no updates whatsoever. I cannot call the phone number given as it appears to be a scam, and your live chat service is inadequate. It's not surprising that 94% of your customers have left negative reviews. I have already informed the online seller that it's your company's delay causing this problem, not the retailer. My order number is [redacted] and I expect the delivery to be made by the end of this week, as there is no excuse for holding my parcel for nearly two weeks when the retailer promises a 3-5 day delivery time.

I received an email from Groupon stating that my order has been dispatched. When tracking my parcel, it indicates that it has been delivered and left on the porch. However, I noticed that the postcode on the parcel is incorrect, showing "RG14 5NG" instead of my correct postcode "RG14 5NW." I have been trying to contact Hermes for the past three hours using various numbers without success. I ordered 4 items, but only received 3 together. The last item was delayed, and after being told I'd receive an update in 24 hours, I haven't heard anything since. I won't be available for a delivery at my address due to caring for a sick relative. Living in a block of flats makes it impossible for the delivery driver to leave a card. I've reached out to the sender who provided the tracking number. It would be more convenient to collect the package from the Wood Lane Birmingham depot and have it delivered to my daughter's house. Unless I make arrangements, the three deliveries will be missed. Unfortunately, I can't communicate over the phone or find a live chat option to resolve this.

Yesterday, the delivery of my parcel was attempted but the courier merely knocked on the door briefly and left a card without waiting for someone to answer. Unfortunately, they did not provide their name or number on the card, leaving me clueless about the next delivery attempt. The lack of information on when I can expect my parcel is frustrating. I expected a package from ACE Shopping, but HERMES returned it without trying to deliver it to me. I received messages about delivery attempts on the 9th of December [redacted], but no parcel arrived, and the tracking did not update until 10 p.m. Today, I got another message about a delivery from ACE, but the tracking has not changed. I have waited at home for two days now without receiving the parcel, and I am frustrated with the situation.
