I am formally making a complaint as my order no. *********** has still not been delivered.* You will see on your screen from my case history I put this order in a week ago today * October* and understood that it was free next day delivery* when my order was not received next day *th October* I called on Thursday ** October and have subsequently been calling daily since.* No one has come back to me and it seems no one is taking control of this and know one knows where my delivery is?!* In this day and age of such easy ways of communication I find this baffling*and with a company the size of Zara I am questioning as to whether your customer service and care is important to you.**I received a message from Hermes yesterday Monday ** October which informed me that my parcel would arrive between * and * p.m., with no explanation as to the delay or where my parcel has been. I have stayed in daily to receive*my order and yesterday I had my gate and my front door open in anticipation that the parcel would be delivered.* I was standing by my open front door when I received a message at approximately *.** p.m. that my item had been delivered and It had not, I still do not have it although on my account my delivery status says delivered which it certainly has NOT.* I immediately called your help line and spoke to Hassan who was again very helpful but could come up with no answer to where my delivery was.* I was told to call again tomorrow which i have done today and I am no further forward!*Firstly can you call me to explain what you do in this situation as at present Zara has my £***.** and I have nothing.***I do all my shopping online, my clothes I purchase frequently from Free People* I order from the USA and they get my delivery to me often within * days and thats free delivery, I am a frequent customer of ASOS and again I get my clothes next day delivery with no problem.* I am a new customer of Zara* I love the clothes but I can honestly say this has been my worst ever online shopping experience.*I have tried to find the contact details to chase Heremes my self but I have been unsuccessful and besides Hermes is your service provider and right now they are letting your company down and in turn also Zara's customers which I would have thought must be of value to you.*Please call me as soon as possible, My contact numbers are land line ***** ****** and mobile (no signal at my house) ***** *******I look forward to hearing from you*Tricia Morgan
