I recently received a delivery from Yodel for an item from TU Clothing, but it was the wrong size, so I returned it with Hermes. The return barcode number is [redacted]11. However, I have not received my refund in my bank account yet. TU Clothing advised me to contact you, and they mentioned sending an email as well. I called yesterday, and they said it could take up to 14 days for a response. As I am in the UK, the customer service number only provides options for contact via phone or email. I have tried multiple numbers to no avail. I hope you can assist me promptly. Thank you.

I received my Sarenza order today and noticed that the box had been opened and resealed with sellotape. Unfortunately, one pair of shoes is missing. I was home at the time of delivery and did not receive any notification or doorbell ring. This lack of communication and professionalism from the delivery service is disappointing. I experienced issues printing a label for my parcel drop-off with Hermes. Unable to speak with anyone for assistance, I had to pay again at a store parcel machine. I request a refund for the £7.29 parcel charge under order ref [redacted]7 paid online. Struggling with the process was frustrating, particularly when relying on the services of a reputable company like Hermes. The drop-off store mentioned this is a common problem. I bought 3 tires from an eBay seller who shipped them through Hermes. Unfortunately, only one tire has arrived after almost a week, even though they were all dispatched together. I've checked with the local delivery agent, but they have no information on the missing tires. I've been struggling to find a contact number at Hermes that connects me with a real person who could assist me with locating the missing items.

I recently purchased a Casio watch and encountered an issue with the delivery. Despite receiving a "sorry I missed you" notice indicating the package was left on my porch, I did not find it upon checking outside. The package was signed for by someone other than me, and although there is evidence of a signature, it does not belong to me. I recently placed an order for a parcel, and it seems that there is an issue with the delivery address on the app. I need to add the letter A to my address to ensure prompt delivery. Earlier this week, one of your couriers attempted to deliver a parcel to my house. They were informed that the person named on the package does not reside at this address, and as I did not place an order, the courier departed. Upon returning home today, I discovered the same parcel left in my porch. I tried calling to address this but only encountered automated messages directing me online. The website layout made it challenging to locate a contact method. It would be beneficial to have a phone option considering the service difficulties that may arise. It may have been more appropriate to return the parcel to the retailer when uncertain of the correct delivery address. I will keep the parcel outside for collection to avoid any misunderstandings. I made an order on eBay, but unfortunately, I didn't specify the click and collect option correctly. As a result, my item was rejected by the shop as it arrived without a collection code. Is it feasible to have the item delivered to one of your parcel shops for me to collect instead? I would like it to be sent to Bargain Booze Plus at 61-62 Barony Rd, Nantwich, CW5 5QP. The courier has attempted delivery on two consecutive days, October 9th and 10th. Unfortunately, I missed the first visit as the card was not in my mailbox until the next day, and the delivery was made the previous evening at 8:15 PM when I wasn't home. The second day, I was home all day except for a brief school run lasting less than an hour, but the courier came at 3:17 PM during the school pick up. For the final attempt, I have arranged for a relative to be present today as I have no neighbors available to sign for the parcel. I will be out tomorrow for an appointment. I am hoping for confirmation that the courier will come today and an estimated time of arrival. Thank you.

A parcel was delivered around 9:30 am on Friday, October 11, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I wasn't quick enough to answer the door due to my age. The Hermes delivery person left the parcel in my yard between two waste bins on a very damp day. I found a blue Hermes card on the floor with number [redacted]5 and just "BINS" written on it. The delivery person was rude, disrespectful, and spoke in a rough manner, which was quite unpleasant. I usually have good experiences with your deliveries, but this one was disappointing. On Friday, October 11th, [redacted], at around 9:30 am, I found a parcel left between my waste bins on a very damp day. Upon discovering a blue Hermes card at my door, I noticed a white car with one man in the passenger seat outside. The man indicated the parcel was left by the bins, justifying it as unseen by others. When I expressed disappointment in the delivery location due to my age of 82 and limited mobility, the driver rudely responded that I should have opened the door faster. Despite stating I would report the incident, he dismissively claimed being self-employed would protect him. This experience was far from the usual satisfactory deliveries I receive from QVC, lacking professionalism and courtesy. The card left bore number [redacted]5 without driver details. Amazon shipped my order on December 9, [redacted]. They emailed me on September 19, [redacted], to inform me that the carrier has received it. Another email from Amazon confirmed that my order is now in transit. However, I have not received it yet. It seems like the package must be somewhere. I received an email from Hermes Delivery informing me that my parcel was scheduled for delivery. I waited by my front door as instructed, but later received a notification stating the parcel was delivered to John A. at 10 Mill Lane on Wednesday, October 9th at 6:39 pm. This was perplexing as I was at home during that time. When I checked the tracking number [redacted][redacted] on the Hermes website, it confirmed delivery. I contacted Hermes through their Help contact form with the same tracking number; however, I was told it was for a local 'pickup shop' without specifying the location. After visiting two local pickup shops, my parcel was not found. I tried calling various numbers found online for Hermes but could not reach a representative. The customer service hours state 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, but when I called at 5:28 pm, I was informed the office was closed. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I recently received an email notification from Hermes regarding an issue with the delivery of a pair of shoes I ordered from Banggood. It appears that the parcel might be held up due to a missing house number in the address, specifically number 7. I placed an order on Thursday and paid for next-day delivery, but my parcel was not delivered as expected. The courier arrived with the first parcel scheduled for delivery between 11 am and 3 pm, but my second parcel, due between 12 pm and 2 pm, was missing. Could someone have picked up a package from the front of 80 Warwick Ave, Whitefield? Initially, I had a package for Grattan catalogue that wasn't collected and was returned via Hermes. Since no one came, I brought it to the post office. However, there was another parcel not related to Hermes that I had just taken for my neighbor, Heidi B., at 78 Warwick Ave. It seems that someone might have mistakenly taken this parcel, thinking it was the one for Grattan.

This morning, I got an email saying my parcel would arrive between 8 am and 12 pm at my work address. I stay there the whole day to ensure I receive my deliveries promptly. However, in the evening, I received an email claiming I wasn't present for the delivery, even though I was at work from 7:30 am to 4 pm with only a break at 1:30 pm. I watched other parcels get delivered, but mine didn't arrive, nor did I get a note. The driver's report is false. Tomorrow is Saturday, and no one will be at the office to receive the package, which is a gift for my sister. If possible, could the package be redirected to a parcel shop for my convenience? I have two items that were meant to be delivered on Thursday, the 11th, but according to your tracking information, they were left in a secure place at my address without any notice. One of the items is urgently needed for medical reasons. My mother, who is housebound, is always home, and no delivery card was left. The items are a Hangsun compact system with the ID number [redacted][redacted] and a nose spray with the ID number [redacted][redacted]. Neither item was signed for or found on our property. Amazon claims they were delivered, but I need these urgently, especially because my old vaporizer is no longer working motor-wise.
