I have been waiting for a delivery since Monday. The delivery time has been changed multiple times, and I was informed about a delay. A new delivery time was assigned for yesterday, but the package did not arrive. Later in the evening, the status was updated to another delay. I am frustrated and concerned about the status of my delivery. I hope to receive an update soon to clarify the situation and understand when to expect the package.

I placed an order for a parcel on Monday night, 7.10.19, with next day delivery, but it hasn't arrived yet. Tracking shows that my parcel is still pending. I contacted Pretty Little Thing, and they informed me that the parcel was dispatched last night and should be at the depot by today, but it's still not there. I need this urgently for an event I am attending this weekend. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Please resolve this matter promptly as this delay is not satisfactory.

I've been tracking two parcels that were supposed to be delivered today. On the Hermes site, it says the parcels have been delivered to my neighbor and signed for by someone named Stacy. I have been at home all morning, and I do not have any neighbors named Stacy. I am unsure if they have delivered to the correct address since no delivery card was left to inform me where my parcels are. The total cost of both parcels is over [redacted] pounds. I would appreciate it if the delivery person could go to the address they delivered it to and bring it to my home today as someone will be available all day.

I am trying to collect a parcel from a shop where it was delivered, but they are refusing to give it to me as I haven't received the necessary barcode from you. It is urgent as this is an important package and I've been attempting to retrieve it for 3 days now. The shop claims you have resent the code, but I have not received any communication from your end. I have invested a substantial amount of money into this delivery and the current situation is causing me a lot of frustration. This parcel holds significant sentimental value related to my engagement.

I have not received my Diet Now order, despite them claiming it was signed for by someone else in September. After reviewing my Ring video footage, it appears the delivery person rang the bell, waited briefly, then left without delivering the package. I am currently awaiting delivery of a package that was scheduled for Monday, October 7th, but the courier claimed they couldn't find my address. The same issue occurred on Tuesday, October 8th. I find this perplexing as my address, including the postcode, was clearly labeled on the parcel. It should have been easy for the courier to locate me using a satnav with the postcode. My concern is the whereabouts of my parcel and when I can expect it to be delivered. Today, a Hermes delivery person left a "Sorry I missed you" card at 9 Jubilee Place, Lisburn, Northern Ireland, claiming they left my parcel by the side of my house gate on a public road. Unfortunately, there was no parcel there, and given the location was unsafe, I fear it may have been stolen. I can't confirm the parcel's contents as I'm still expecting other deliveries. I am once again encountering issues with Hermes for my parcel delivery. Despite providing clear instructions to leave the package in the shed if I'm not at home, the tracking showed three unsuccessful delivery attempts without any calling card left. This has happened before, and I believe the driver might have attempted delivery at the wrong address. I have consistently faced problems with Hermes deliveries, and this experience has left me frustrated. I am considering contacting sellers in advance to ensure they do not use Hermes for my future orders. I hope Hermes can improve their delivery service and ensure their drivers are reliable. - D.M.

Our CCTV footage does not show any attempted delivery over the weekend or on Monday. There is always someone at home. No failed delivery card was left. I am puzzled why the parcel was received twice by the local courier on Monday, at 7:41 AM and again at 10:15 AM. As of 7 PM on Monday, October 7th, the parcel has still not been delivered, and it is frustrating to encounter dishonesty. Contacting you has proven to be incredibly challenging. This is my fifth email with no response, and live chat was unhelpful as it was automated. Kindly respond and provide the truth. Sincerely, Pat McG. I have not received the parcel or a response from you. Communicating with you has been troublesome, and I am unsure if my emails are being received. Please acknowledge the receipt of my emails. It has been nearly a week since the drop-off.

Yesterday, I was at home when I witnessed a young man arrive at my property and leave a 'sorry I missed you' card in my letterbox. The card indicated that my parcel was placed in the green recycling bin. After checking all my bins, I couldn't find the package anywhere. I've tried contacting the courier, David, by leaving him three voicemails, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet. The number under the bar code on the card is [redacted]6. It's frustrating because it seems like the courier didn't even attempt to deliver the item personally.

I dropped off my parcel at the shop on 02/10/19, and it has yet to be delivered. The tracking shows it was received by the courier at 07:41 and again at 10:15 on Mon 07 Oct, but I have CCTV footage proving no attempt was made on Sat, Sun, or Mon. There was no delivery card left, and my parcel has not arrived. This is the 5th email without a reply, and Live Chat was not helpful. Please provide an explanation. Thank you. - Pat M. My parcel with Hermes was scheduled for delivery on the 1st. However, I am still waiting for it. When I tried to track it, the information showed an attempted delivery on the 4th, which couldn't be true as we were available all day. It then indicated it was at the national sorting hub on the 5th and sent to the courier on the 8th. Hermes' office is only a 10-minute drive away in Crawley, but I haven't been able to reach a human on the phone. This is not the first time I have had issues with their service, and I am now hesitant to have anything I order online delivered through Hermes. Today is the 10th, and my parcel has still not arrived.

Hello, I received an email stating that my item was delivered while I was at work. However, when I arrived home, there was no item or delivery card. I requested the item to be left with a neighbor since I was at work, but they confirmed they didn't receive anything. Upon checking online for a signature, I noticed it wasn't mine. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter. Thank you.

I was expecting a delivery today between 1pm and 5pm. Upon checking the tracking information, I was surprised to see that it was marked as a failed delivery at 3:29pm. My wife suffers from Agoraphobia and hasn't left the house in over a year, and I have been home all day. It's frustrating to think that the driver may not have made the effort to deliver the package and instead falsely marked it as failed. I am disappointed with the service provided and will not be recommending it to others. Now, I have to set aside another day to wait for the delivery that should have arrived today. I placed an order for 5 dresses with Debenhams Direct on Sunday, October 6th. However, only one dress has arrived, and I am curious to know when I can expect the remaining four to be delivered. I have been waiting for my package with tracking number [redacted][redacted] since October 30th. The messages I keep receiving claim there is only a slight delay, but this has been going on for over 72 hours. I urgently need this brown recliner chair for myself and feel frustrated with the lack of transparency regarding the real status of my delivery. We were anticipating the delivery of our parcel today from Hermes. We had instructed them that it could be left on the porch for delivery. However, no delivery was made, and no card was left either. We are aware that the courier usually goes to the back of our properties as a neighbor recently found their parcel thrown in their back garden. Despite having a ring doorbell, no attempt was made to deliver the package at the front of our house today. This situation has seriously eroded our trust in this courier's ability to make deliveries properly, which reflects poorly on your company.

Dear Hermes Team, I placed an order last week, and according to your Parcel tracking site, it was marked as delivered on Saturday (tracking number: [redacted][redacted]). However, the location I had it sent to was closed that day, so I did not receive the package. The status also mentioned it was "signed by business." I did not receive any notification about this delivery. Could you please inform me where the parcel was actually delivered to? Was it received by a neighbor or another store? Thank you in advance.

A Hermes courier dropped off a package and picked up a return for Wowcher at the same time. He left a blue card confirming the collection but there is no tracking number on it. I require the tracking number to monitor my delivery. Can somebody assist me in obtaining this information? The parcel was collected on 7th October by the Hermes courier named Martin. On September 10th, [redacted], I received a message stating that my parcel was delivered by Hermes courier at 2:33 PM and left in my porch as requested. However, at that time, my porch was locked, and I was in the garden cutting the grass. Even though the garage door was open, providing easy access to the porch, I couldn't locate the parcel. No delivery card was left, and the photo of the parcel's placement on the doorstep doesn't look familiar. I've been trying to reach out to Hermes via phone with no success, and I'm struggling to find the correct email address to contact them.
