Good evening,**Ref parcel: ******************We paid on Tuesday ******** for the parcel to be collected from the provided address the following day.**We gave clear collection instructions as we have done in the past with no problem.**However now * days later this parcel is still waiting at the collection address.**We gave our customer who purchased these goods a delivery date of ******** at the very latest, obviously that has now been missed.**We have tried twice now to contact you via your website support portal with no response.**This is now the second time this has happened using our company, with zero explanation or contact.
