Check all folders in your email attached to your account for tracking orders. They usually have the tracking information there. If not, log into your account on the company’s website and look under your previous orders there.
The issue in GetHuman-anieszka's own words
My order from was dispached with the number ************** on July **th. The delivery was scheduled by July **th. On July **th was the last update on your tracking system. Today, August *th, over a week after the planned delivery, I have no contact nor update on my delivery.**This is the delivery to France, in collaboration with Mondial Relay (as I managed to find out).**I believe you handed the delivery to Mondial Relay agent, so the tracking number is no longer valid.**Could you please let me know the new tracking number in Mondial Relay of my delivery ************** ?**If possible, please do the same for even older order of the package dispatched in Hermes with **************.**Thank you
